We only spent one night in this hotel because it was very close to the airport and we had to leave very early in the morning. We obviously knew it wouldn't be great but damn, the basics are just missing here. First of all, I can't understand how they could have given it 3 stars, they must have stuck them on with glue! But one might think, the disgusting hotel is compensated by the kindness of the staff... in years of traveling I have never seen such unpleasant and rude hotel staff... if they are in good spirits when you enter the hall they nod at you... the lady on arrival had such an unpleasant and rude attitude that it makes you want to lose your money and look for another place to stay. The room welcomes you with a pleasant musty/mold smell... woe betide anyone who thinks of putting stuff in the closet or drawers there, cleaned maybe last month and full of hair... the bathroom is chipped in every part, the shower curtain is dirty, hair in the shower tray... if you have the courage or have no other choice, come in wearing slippers! we arrived and the toilet paper roll was finished, I went to tell the reception and without even the slightest sign of apology they gave me a roll taken from under the cabinet.. and last but not least the chain that gets stuck every time you flush the toilet. Honestly I didn't have the courage to look carefully at the sheets because otherwise I would never have slept there but they also intoxicated you with the same smell as the room. Air conditioning present but not working.. or maybe it was us who didn't know how to turn it on but I never needed an engineering degree to do it so... And finally we have the terrace.. the window curtain completely full of stains of I don't want to know what.. rusty chairs and table. €160 a night... a disgrace.
