Отель только открылся в новом сезоне. Чистота на 5, сервис на 5, новые лежаки с матрасами и подушками! Прекрасные кабАны у бассейна, качели и гамаки. Еда замечательная, тихие теплые и уютные номера! Все очень приветливые и внимательные, все бары работают и закуски в течении дня на 5! Дети катались на горках, получили массу удовольствия. Отдельное спасибо отельному гест рилейшен Наталье, всегда выслушивала внимательно пожелания и передавала главному менеджеру. Отель, безусловно, заслуживает самого высокого рейтинга. Обязательно вернемся еще раз!

Отдыхали с семье и в этом отеле две недели ,все чисто ,уютно ,приятный дизайн. К уборке нареканий не было. Выражаю благодарность персоналу гостиницы. Они такие трудяги - целыми днями что-то убирают, моют. Была приятно удивлена бесплатным вай-фаем. Кухня прекрасная,все было вкусно,только напрягало то что было много кошек в ресторане ,и были такие что лезли на стол,стулья в тарелки . Из персонала хочу выделить детского аниматора Таню,очень приятная девушка ,дочка была в полном восторге от игр и развлечений .Очень позитивная,дети не скучали. Ещё очень вежливые и классные бармены Sercan и Ayberk

Уютный отель на берегу моря с ухоженной территорией. С номером очень повезло. Во-первых засели сразу после приезда, а это было раннее утро. Во-вторых номер был с видом на море, в самом центре здания. Персонал очень вежливый, старается помочь по максимуму. Еда была вкусной, хоть и достаточно простой (возможно, из-за начала сезона). Всегда всё было свежее, большой выбор овощей. На территории несколько баров. Главный бармен готовит очень вкусные коктейли — после того как это обнаружили, ходили только к нему. Из-за того что сезон только начался, команда аниматоров небольшая, но видно, что ребята стараются. Детский аниматор Таня — очень милая и дружелюбная девушка. Всегда подскажет, что и как лучше. После окончания детской анимации остается, продолжает общаться с гостями, танцует, развлекает. Ей отдельное спасибо за это :) Дети её просто обожают — на детской дискотеке она выкладывается по полной. Из развлечений были баскетбол, утренняя зарядка, пару раз устраивали караоке. Музыку на дискотеке без проблем ставили ту, которую просили — ребята подходили и интересовались, кто что хочет. Как мы поняли, основная анимация начнётся чуть позже, когда гостей станет больше.

The workers are very nice and polite. I love the food and the workers entertain other clients! I love this hotel. The drinks at the lobby bar and outside bar are very good, the spa is relaxing and calming. The sunset at the beach is wonderful! Wow!

منتجع رائع باجواءه ونظافته ممتازة الموظفين رائعين ومرحين وتشعر باجواء رائعة وهناك الكثير من الخدمات التي تحتاج اكثر من 10 ايام للتعرف عليها والاستمتاع بها اضافة الى الطعام المتوافر دائما لن تحتاج للخروج منه ابدا اضافه لموظف الدي جي الرائع نعمان ببساطة هنالك الكثير من المتعة داخل هذا المنتجع DJ Numan percectkkk

Hello to the animators! I want to express my deep gratitude for organizing our vacation. We came with a 2.5-year-old child and really had a rest) The animators entertained him all day: from drawing on stones to night discos, this allowed us (the parents) to relax too. The hotel territory is large with a view of the snow-capped mountains and the sea. Special thanks for the food! Very varied and delicious menu! I recommend this hotel to everyone)

We checked in on April 10. We really liked that it was right by the sea. The hotel was clean, the food was good, the attention was good. We also thank Dj. Numan.
