Жили в этом отеле неделю — отпуск прошёл отлично, остались только хорошие впечатления. Номер был с шикарным видом на море, каждое утро просыпались и любовались рассветом — очень красиво и спокойно. Питание в отеле на высоте: всё разнообразно и вкусно, голодными точно не останетесь. Особенно понравился ресторан турецкой кухни — брали мясо, и оно было просто невероятное! По вечерам скучать не приходилось — каждый день какая-то программа: то шоу с артистами, то вечеринки. Атмосфера очень живая и приятная. На пляже брали кабану на второй линии — отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет уединиться и просто отдохнуть. Сервис хороший, лежишь, слушаешь шум прибоя — кайф. Отдельное спасибо Алие и Ане из Guest Relation — всегда на месте, вежливые, быстро решают любые вопросы. Благодаря им отдых стал ещё комфортнее.

İlk kez geldik ve hayran kaldık , otel çok güzel ve çalışanlar mükemmel özellikle Bar şefi Başak hanım Muhteşem insan devamlı pozitif ve çok çalışkan kokteyllerinin tadına doyamadık , ilgisi bizi mest etti , o neredeyse biz oradayız herzaman , 10 günümüz çok güzel geçti , herşey için teşekkürler , mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz

Выражаю благодарность персоналу гостиницы. На данный момент отдыхаем с семьей. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Приятный дизайн, новая мебель, белоснежные пушистые полотенца. Персонал очень вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий нет, целыми днями что-то убирают, моют. Очень приятно возвращаться после пляжа, бассейна в чистые номера. Каждый вечер концерт, дискотека. Администраторы гостиницы очень вежливы - приятно всегда к ним обращаться за какой -либо просьбой. Хочу отметить и поблагодарить особенно Алию - очень внимательная, доброжелательная, наши любимые смузи были добавилены в меню сразу на следующий день. Еда разнообразная, и очень вкусная. И еще особенно хочу поблагодарить Songül Seven за оперативность, вежливость. Решает вопросы на раз два! Спасибо!!! Супер гостиница, реально создается атмосфера хорошего отдыха и отличного настроения. Мы надеемся приехать еще!Огромное Спасибо всем!

Добрый день. Сейчас нахожусь в отеле. Сразу скажу о замечаниях: ПИТАНИЕ: обед и ужин: выкладка еды хорошая, вкусного мало! Мясо (курица)как угли, остальное мешанина, выпечка на основании чёрная пыль и гарь. Нет гарниров: Рис невкусный альденте или его нет, пюре картофельное - Отсутствует, макароны холодные, не вкусные. Утром нет круасанов , каши с кислого молока. ФРУКТЫ: апельсин, яблоко, гранат переспелый бродячий, абрикосы дубовые, Арбузы, Дыни, Клубника- НЕТ! Два дня не было Айрана! Официанты не всегда успевают убрать столы, про обслуживание, Напитки и пр. Я уж не говорю.. Кафе Густо: официанты очень не дружелюбные, можно сидеть 15-20 мин. Заказ так и не примут. Напитки кому то приносят , кому то : онли снэк. ЕСЛИ придёшь ближе к концу обеда/ужина : мармиты все полупустые или пустые. Ну неужели нельзя следить за этим всем, по залу ходят человек 5-6 контролирующего персонала, а толку?! Детского питания нет . Баночного нет. Пляж хороший. Номера большие, уборка Очень Посредственная! Мини бар пополняется хорошо 👍 ГЕСТРЕЛЕЙШН радушные. Ресепшн контактные. Анимация не навязчивая. Мини клуб хороший! Территория красивая , ухоженная.
