I booked a room for my parents. Good food, alcoholic drinks, 5 minutes to the beach, comfortable rooms and absolute cleanliness - cleaning every day. I really liked the beach with small pebbles and the cleanliness of the sea. There is a bar on the beach where you can have a snack, order a cocktail. One significant minus - all Russians are accommodated in rooms worse than the booked ones. I had to contact the hotel through the booking system to get the room that was indicated. A day of stay was lost. After that, the manager stopped greeting my parents. Extremely unprofessional service.

С первого дня почувствовали, что попали в место, где действительно заботятся о гостях. Отель расположен в потрясающем месте: тихо, уединённо, но при этом до пляжа — пара шагов. Территория ухоженная, зелёная, с красивыми зонами для отдыха и отличными фото-локациями. Номер, в котором мы жили — просторный и чистый, с кондиционером! Особенно хочу отметить питание: шведский стол богатый и разнообразный, всегда свежие фрукты, качественные продукты, много блюд на выбор. Ужины — отдельное удовольствие: тематические вечера, музыка, барбекю у бассейна — всё на высшем уровне. Бармены запоминали наши любимые коктейли — приятное внимание к деталям! Персонал — вежливый, доброжелательный, всегда готов помочь. Уезжали из отеля рано утром, но автобус-трансфер задержали, менеджер на ресепшене отдал назад ключ от номера. Мы позавтракали, отдохнули, приняли душ. Отдельное спасибо аниматору — его программы не навязчивы, но очень весёлые и вовлекающие. Пляж чистый, лежаки — всегда в наличии. Pashas Princess — это не просто отель, это целый опыт. Уют, комфорт, вкусная еда и море положительных эмоций. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова и всем рекомендую для настоящего расслабляющего отдыха!

The hotell itself was OK, but do NOT travel here at July. The temperatures are 40 - 45 C and the air conditioning does NOT work 09:00-14:00 The waiters in the restaurant are very unpolite. They do not speak, smile, or even notice woman customers. The waiters in Egypt last winter were so nice that we got good mood each time. There is no evening entertainment, only bad bellydancer. We want to dance ourself. TUI tourist guide did not want to tell about any night clubs in Kemer and Alanya is 50-60 km away.

A tough review to write but an honest one. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with the hotel. Yes it’s a little outdated but still nice. Staff are hard working and mostly polite. However, it is heavily Russian focussed. To the point you feel brainwashed by the constant music etc. A group of bitter, older, miserable Russian women who were extremely rude and had a huge chip on their shoulder unfortunately spoilt our holiday experience. Enzo (entertainment) tries hard but it’s very cheesy (think 80’s resort) Food was good, themed cuisine nights etc. Not somewhere I’ll return to and it’s not the hotel at fault. Area is aimed for Russian tourists and it slaps you in the face. Such a shame as if it was somewhere else I’d be a return visitor for sure.

Отдыхали в отеле Паша Принцесс с 15.06.-23.06 2025г. Очень довольны отдыхом! Нас дружелюбно встретили в отеле,быстро заселили в номер. Номера просторные, ежедневная уборка и смена белья. На ресепшен нас приветствовала улыбчивая Юля, которая всегда готова помочь в решении вопросов. Территория отеля чистая. Нас приятно удивила кухня. Разнообразие блюд и качественное приготовление. Работники ресторана очень внимательные, свою работу выполняли качественно, приятно было с ними общаться.Отдельно хочется поблагодарить шеф-повара. Особенно хочется отметить Мишу- массажиста и его команду за профессионализм и внимание к каждому клиенту. "Любой упорный труд приносит пользу..." Хочется вернуться в этот отель ещё.

First sign it will be a good holiday was the welcome on arrival to the hotel. Very polite helpful approach from the receptionist and the boys.As we arrived late we were hungry so it was a nice touch that they were saved us some food from dinner already. The hotel facilities are perfect..small fridge in the room refilled with water everyday.Free safety box, perfectly functioning WiFi ,air-conditioning, coffee and tea making options.So far the most comfortable bed we had during holidays. Spacious room with plenty space for clothes...So the room is perfect. The hotel itself beautiful very unique style we loved it much.The pool excellent, large, lot of beds and we saw that this area and beds even the parasols are cleaned every day.Speaking of the cleaning the entire hotel is faultless...shinning floors,tiles,freshly cleaned carpets everywhere. Special thanks to the lady who cleaned the 214 room from 5 of June till 12 of June..she is a brilliant member of this hotel. Food was something incredible every single day..breakfast lunch dinner..the variety of choices the taste the best ever we experience in hotel. There was a gentleman the executive chef Ransul Gülel who supervised the catering everyday and he is doing fantastic job and effort to provide excellent service.Perfect catering. Also we have to mention this professional polite and tirelessly working waitress and members of the bar..these people are a fantastic team..Thank you. We will return!!!
