The staff were friendly and very nice while dealing with me who has bad social anxiety. They treated me with the upmost respect.
The hotel room was honestly the best one I've stayed in in Camrose and I've stayed in 98% of them recently (going through separation)
Very clean & not cluttered I enjoyed my stay allot!
The night staff ( more like night angel) even helped me out when I went to shower & had forgotten my razor ! I have nothing bad to say whatsoever :) keep up the good work Camrose Resort & ****** Hotel !
Thank you for making my stay Sept 20-21 st the easiest stay I've ever had at a hotel & being so great to deal with!

Reception was more interested in “Policy” than in us, the clients. Made for very uncomfortable beginning to our stay. Have stayed a few times before and expected a warm welcome.

Rooms are nice, big and very clean. Wish they had hair dryers in the bathroom. All was good. Beds comfortable and slept well.

Reception personnel friendly. Room very clean, comfortable bed, and large bathroom.
Breakfast was really good. The restaurant smorgasbord was exceptionally good.

We booked a suite because we have a baby and wanted a little separation for naps and such. That worked out well. The main issue was cleanliness. My husband and I both found long blonde hairs all Ofer the bed, there were yam fries in the living room air conditioning unit and the bathroom had a white substance splattered on the wall maybe/hopefully toothpaste but there was quite a bit. All of these things we assumed anyone cleaning the room would notice. The day we arrived our baby was quite tired and we got there earlier than check in and they allowed us to come early which we really appreciated. The front desk staff was kind and helpful but the housekeeper came at 9am to clean the room which I have never experienced we asked her to come back twice and ended up getting a call while we were out saying they need to know when they can clean the room because the cleaners leave at 2 even though we had let the cleaner know to come back and left so she could do it so just kind of annoying
