Imbarazzante. Mai visto un posto più trascurato e sporco. Un peccato, perché se fosse tenuto discretamente sarebbe un posto fantastico, in posizione perfetta. Appartamento all’arrivo con ragni, ragnatele e insetti nel WC, odore da chiuso e muffa sul muro vicino al condizionatore. Siamo arrivati all’1 di notte poiché l’aereo è atterrato a Cagliari a mezzanotte, stanchi morti volevamo farci una doccia e nemmeno si chiudevano le porte, rimanevano aperte di 10 cm. Mio moroso ha provato a rimediare senza dover chiamare e disturbare la reception all’1 di notte, ma il giorno dopo purtroppo il problema si è ripresentato e si è allagato il bagno, alla mia chiamata mi è stato detto in tono aggressivo “dovevate dircelo prima” colpevolizzando noi di un problema del bagno del LORO resort!! In aggiunta nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua in frigo in segno di accoglienza, non ci sono nemmeno dei canovacci per asciugare i piatti, abbiamo dovuto comprare tutto, detersivi, spugne, canovacci. Accoglienza zero, cura dell’ospite zero. E siamo in un resort, ricordiamocelo. Per non parlare del fatto che non c’è un telefono e non c’è un numero per le emergenze, la reception è aperta dalle 9 alle 13 e dalle 16 alle 20, e per il resto del tempo non c’è anima viva e al numero del resort parte la voce automatica. Ma la cosa più imbarazzante è che le lenzuola e gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 7 notti!!! OGNI 7 NOTTI!! MA SIAMO PAZZI? Teli mare al costo di 10€ l’uno, noi ovviamente dopo 3 giorni l’abbiamo cambiato quindi la bellezza di 40€ per dei teli mare!! Piscina senza sorveglianza, bar con sembianze degli anni 20. Infatti non c’è anima viva nemmeno al bar. Non c’è neanche un ristorante. L’aspetto positivo è la vicinanza alle spiagge.

Soggiorno in coppia , camera (posta sul retro del residence, il lato peggiore) piccola , buia e sporca. Parti dell'intonaco staccato, bagno fatiscente , cucina e frigo malandati. Al nostro arrivo c'erano già formiche dappertutto.! Camminare scalzi sul pavimento della stanza era impossibile dalla polvere. La verandina con il soffitto in canne di bambù vecchie e malandate dalle quali passava il sole cocente. Cambio asciugamani solo a pagamento. Il bar e il suo servizio approssimativo e inesistente. da dimenticare. Il penultimo giorno, in tarda mattinata l'amministratore ci ha inviato un messaggio su whatsapp "ricordandoci" di lasciare la camera entro le 10 del mattino. Se poi desideriamo andarcene in anticipo di avvisarli entro le 19. Ci abbiamo riso su ma (non solo noi) lo abbiamo trovato di cattivo gusto. State "ricordando" all'ospite pagante che deve sloggiare 24 ore prima? Magari anche in anticipo. Alla faccia dell'ospitalità! Mai capitato prima. In generale tutto molto trascurato, soprattutto sul retro. Visto il prezzo non vale proprio la pena. Ma devo dire che la zona piscina in foto viene bene. Solo in foto però. Ci vorrebbe maggiore manutenzione e più attenzione e rispetto verso il cliente che paga salato e merita empatia , gentilezza e uno straccio di servizio.

Ottimo residence. Parcheggio moto disponibile.. anche se siamo in Sardegna c'è una bella piscina con lettino a disposizione.. gli appartamenti, noi eravamo in tre, sono spazioso .. tutto molto tranquillo.. e personale disponibile ed educato

Io e mia moglie, abbiamo girato un po’ dappertutto, ma la gentilezza e la professionalità degli operatori di questo resort, non l’abbiamo mai incontrata. Servizio eccellente, camera pulitissima, accettano gli amici a quattro zampe con amore. Il luogo è semplicemente fantastico, piscina eccellente, colazione buona e completa. Il giorno di partenza, abbiamo dimenticato una camicia nel guardaroba, nel giro di due giorni mi è arrivata la camicia a casa, senza chiedermi nessun pagamento. Che dire , oggi giorno è difficile trovare strutture di questo livello, bravissimi e complimenti. Risultato a doppia cifra, a presto

Da dimenticare, non è un Resort è tutto da rifare, un esperienza pessima, non ci sono coperte ,(quando ero lì, a parte essere ammalata, freddo, non ci sono cose utili per la cucina (pezze, tovaglie coltelli che tagliano, mestoli etc) in bagno un set per doccia (dopo un viaggio, una bottiglia di acqua etc.) Resort ?????? Non è così! In tutta la casa tre prese di corrente di cui una sopra ai fornelli! Da dimenticare!!!! Non parliamo della TV e del wf! Una grande delusione! E non sono solo io ma parlando con altri clienti, che dicono:" prima e ultima volta" Complimenti!

Per esigenze di deambulazione, cerchiamo strutture comode e con spiaggia. Questa struttura non solo non soddisfa le nostre necessità, ma presenta situazioni paradossali. Spiaggia e distanza: al telefono mi dicono che la spiaggia è a 5/600 metri, ma in realtà è a oltre 1 km (FOTO), con un tratto su una strada provinciale pericolosa. Siamo stati costretti a spostarci usando l'auto ogni giorno, pagando 5 euro di parcheggio. Parcheggio: all'arrivo, ci fanno parcheggiare in area con le strisce blu, che non è a pagamento ma risulta scomodo per scaricare le valigie. Dopo 4 giorni scopriamo dell’esistenza di un parcheggio interno (che in realtà è esterno), ma è facilmente accessibile a chiunque voglia entrare in struttura senza controllo. (FOTO) Camera: all'accoglienza ci viene chiesta subito la tassa di soggiorno, assurdo è la prima volta. Entro in camera e nel soggiorno c'è solo 1 presa elettrica sopra il fornello. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere una prolunga (lunga) per poter utilizzare altre prese. (FOTO) Cena all’aperto: abbiamo provato a cenare nel patio ma le vespe ci hanno costretto a mangiare all'interno. Il tavolo non passava dalla porta, costringendoci a sparecchiare la tavola già imbandita e riapparecchiare dentro. (FOTO) La proprietaria, ci risponde che "è la natura" e non può farci nulla. Al bar c’erano però bicchieri con chicchi di caffè come rimedio contro le vespe, assolutamente inefficace. Altri ospiti hanno confermato la stessa situazione. Piscina: l'acqua era torbida e sporca. (FOTO) Il manutentore aggiungeva solo cloro al mattino, rendendo l’odore di candeggina insopportabile. Le assi del bordo piscina erano sollevate, spaccate e con chiodi sporgenti, (FOTO) un pericolo evidente per i bambini e per tutti. Mi sono ferito camminando su una tavola rialzata, restando zoppo per un giorno. (FOTO) Colazione: trattamento differenziato tra chi ha la colazione inclusa e chi no. Le brioches migliori erano riservate a chi aveva la colazione inclusa, mentre agli altri venivano serviti prodotti di qualità inferiore. Questo ha creato disagio persino tra il personale. Clienti di serie A e serie B La mancanza di organizzazione e di attenzione al cliente è stata evidente. We booked at the last minute. And we found kindness, availability and also professionalism. The first thing when we arrived before completing the check-in since I am in a wheelchair, they showed us the room to make sure it could meet my needs. The garden, the pool and the bar area are enchanting. As for accessibility, with a few adjustments the entire structure could reach a good level (it has all the potential to make a leap in quality and be able to address a wider user base) allowing everyone to access the reception and most of the rooms on the first floor, including the pool showers. The rooms are spacious and well-organized, with everything you need including a courtesy kit.

Unfortunately I have to give a negative review, I'm sorry because I had so many expectations about this place that has nothing of a Resort and I don't feel like recommending it for various reasons. The first is the quality of the services, e.g. inside the room there are no free or paid bottles of water, a real treat on such hot days... in the bathroom (old and run down) there are no freebies such as shower gel, shampoo... there is no curtain on the window which is why even during the day I had to keep the window and shutters closed having to necessarily turn on the light. The only garbage with the bag is in the bathroom, under the sink there is the bin without a bag. Inconvenient for tourists who arrive and need to prepare their own food (since there is the possibility of cooking) and do not have bags with them. In the entire structure there are non-existent containers. Second point, in such a large pool there is no lifeguard... a rather serious aspect!! The pool is very large as is the surrounding area, but there are only six umbrellas, mostly small, this creates a great inconvenience especially for children and the elderly. The only way to shelter is under the roof except for the hours when the sun moves and even under there is sun. Change of towels €10 per person.. crazy! Breakfast offered at €22 per person absolutely not in line with the price, it is better to do it at the bar and with €6 per person you can get by. The only positive aspect is the bartenders, kind and helpful. It is absolutely not worth the €200 per night, the structure itself is beautiful with a swimming pool and top lawn! It would really take very little to make it more functional, reluctantly I will not return.
