3-Star Hotels in Campos do Jordao

Fiquei hospedado no hotel ”Nacional Inn” em Campos do Jordão por apenas uma noite, mas a experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. A começar pela limpeza, que era péssima. O cobertor fornecido era insalubre, cheio de cabelo, rasgos e pelos, o que tornou impossível usá-lo sem sentir nojo. Além disso, não é possível controlar a temperatura da água do chuveiro, pois outros quartos interferem na pressão e na temperatura, resultando em banhos desconfortáveis. O café da manhã foi outra grande decepção. Havia pouquíssimas opções e a maioria das comidas era extremamente industrializada. O ovo mexido, por exemplo, tinha mais casca do que ovo. Isso comprometeu totalmente a refeição matinal. O quarto apresentava um trinco enorme no forro, e a estrutura como um todo estava extremamente sem manutenção. O elevador também era um problema. Em todas as paradas, dava uma sensação de queda e não era nada tecnológico, sem sensores de segurança ao fechar e abrir a porta, o que tornava o uso perigoso. Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de auxílio com as malas tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Para piorar, não havia nenhuma tomada perto das camas ou mesinhas, dificultando o uso de aparelhos eletrônicos. Em resumo, a experiência no ”Nacional Inn” foi muito abaixo das expectativas e definitivamente não recomendaria essa experiência horrível a ninguém.

Since the arrival the feeling was good. From the employees to the common areas, we could feel the relaxing energy of a good staying. The cleanness and the views are amazing all the time. Good people with big smiles were there for us all the time. Everything is so thoughtful and well cared. But, if we can, we'd like to make a few observations... a place like this can use a mini fridge, at least in the rooms and, the shower could have a little bit more pressure. That would've make the staying perfect!!!!

Breakfast very good. A very beautiful part of the castle, but needs a lot of maintenance to not lose its features and artworks there. The hotel's annex (new part), good facilities. It needs to improve the capture of TV images, because the two times I was hosted was not possible to use it.

The breakfast and the service were excellent, as well as the pool area that is very bathroom. However, the room has a division with another room per door, if you listen to everything, everything you talk and do, privacy zero... He still has a question of the bathroom, he is open, vc uses the pia literally inside the room, and if you use the glass who is with vc has q out of the room.

Very good location, well in the center of the pra walking down the center, note 10 service, I liked very breakfast one of the best and look that I've already thought that in all of the network the only negative point and that placed me in the third floor and I am PCD then stayed A little difficult for me, it was worth much more when I want to stay in the ground if not for me it doesn't.

Second time I stay there with my family. We don´t travel to Campos do Jordao because of the town; we go to the town because of the accommodation. We searched for a nice and quiet place to stay away from the noise of carnival, and it happened to be in Campos. It is perfect for families, especially with toddlers. They have playground, game room, toys room, indoor heated swimming pool, AMAZING breakfast, pond with carps and cute ducks, chickens, and they´re currently building a beach volleyball/tennis court and larger playground. Oh, and their special: a family of squirrels that come to the breakfast hall window so the guests can feed them nuts. My toddler daughter loved it.

Estadia 3 estrelas, café da manhã muito bom, me surpreendeu a variedade e o sabor, cama confortável, televisão smart com Netflix e etc. Estacionamento muito apertado, você precisa deixar a chave do carro para manobrarem, no fim de semana que fui pelo menos 5 carros apareceram pequenos riscos e batidas, inclusive o meu, porém apenas uma marca de pneu que pegou no borrachão da porta, fiquei vendo o manobrista colocar os carros, inexperiente, entrava com tudo no estacionamento que tem a calçada um pouco alta, deixava o carro morrer diversas vezes. Chuveiro meio complicado de deixar na temperatura certa, quarto 304, no último dia, no domingo fui embora sem tomar banho, pois não esquentou de jeito nenhum, talvez devido o hotel estar cheio. Um pouco distante do centro, mas pra quem está de carro tudo bem. Pelo preço que paguei acho que foi justo.

Q lugar lindo , maravilhoso,limpo, organizado, cheiroso ( café com canela), atendentes educados, atenciosos e prestativos.No fim da noite, eles deixa garrafa de água quente pra levar pro quarto, pra fazer chás pra dormir 😍. Tem um jardim secreto nos fundos da pousada 😍😍😍 coisa mais linda . A pousada fica muito perto do centro de Capivari ( muito perto mesmo). Café da manhã muito bem servido ,tem um pãozinho de leite que é delicioso. Dentro da pousada tem vários cômodos com senários para foto. É tudo de bom a Pousada 🤩🤩🤩

I just loved that hostel, delicious place and near everything, the huge room, delicious breakfast!! I'll be back more times with certainty!! The hostel is of congratulations!!
