Fizemos a reserva pelo booking, que informou "todos" os valores a serem pagos, na sequência, alteramos o horário de checkin, pelo proprio aplicativo do booking que, não alterou nenhum valor, ok, quando chegamos na pousada, pela manhã, já nos cabraram mais meia diária pq chegamos mais cedo. Mas pq não deixaram isso claro no ato da reserva? Que seria cobrado mais MEIA DIÁRIA, ok de novo, pagamos, e qdo perguntamos sobre o café da manhã, quiseram cobrar mais R$50 reais, mas ué, não acabamos de pagar mais meia diária, o que completa uma diária inteira, e assim temos o direito ao café da manhã?! Não! Falaram que pra ter acesso ao café tinhamos que pagar mais R$50, mesmo explicando o óbvio pra recepção e gerência, que se está incluso na diária não tem pq não podermos tomar café. Tivemos que sair pra tomar café fora. Estavamos com duas crianças pequenas, caso contrário, teriamos procurado outra pousada na hora. Não recomendo!

Caso queira eu tenho o print da conversa aqui solicitando o café mais cedo,pois meu transfer era as 7:00,pois não poderia perder o voo e nada foi feito, a não ser que a pousada me trazia até meu estado, questão da televisão foi avisado sim que não estava funcionando e nada foi feito, em relação a sujeira o quarto deveria estar limpo. E que bom que avisou para ir de carro assim a próxima vez já sei,deveria ter avisado antes

Passei 3 dias nessa linda pousada e gostei bastante. Lugar muito bem organizado extremamente limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã delicioso, funcionários educados, vista do quarto maravilhosa, recomenda demais.

Fantasic staff and very nice location
The room was cosy and clean. One person in the staff spoke eglish which was of great help. They could also help order food deliveries to the hotel.
The hotel is a bit out side of the town but in a beutiful area and with incredible views form the balconies. It was not always possibe to get an uber to drive out to the hotel so it might be better suited if you come in a car. The parking is also very good.

A pousada é muito linda , o atendimento ( empresa familiar ) maravilhoso, super atenciosos, café da manhã excelente. Só achei distante do Capivari e pouca identificação de placas que o filho da dona ( um fofo por sinal) justificou pra gente a razão da pouca sinalização. Resumindo eu adorei a pousada. Voltaria sim

O lugar é bem aconchegante, excelente no sentido de ir para uma casa de campo, o espaço é amigo dos pets e isso também é excelente. Apenas um ponto de atenção sobre o café da manhã, achei um pouco limitado e no domingo as 10h fomos informados no quarto que ja estava sendo recolhido sendo que no informe da hospedagem esta que aos docingos o cafe fica disponivel ate as 11h... demais boa estrutura

Superfaturado, como tudo em campos
Tivemos uma boa experiência, tem uma vista linda da varanda e da área de café, porém o preço foi muito alto para a propriedade. O quarto é confortável, mas o aquecedor é portatil e a única tomada compatível ficava no banheiro. O café da manhã é razoável, a sanduicheira estava muito suja e não tinha pão de queijo.
