Esse Hotel oferece tudo de melhor! Bom atendimento, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto bem equipado e localização bem próxima do centro de Capivari (não sei a pé mas de carro é bem perto) e oferece transfer para o centro numa Kombi estilizada! Quarto Superior com varanda, cama de casal confortável (travesseiros poderiam ser mais altos/confortaveis), limpeza impecável, TV com muitos canais disponíveis, espelho grande no quarto, armários espaçosos, mesa com 2 cadeiras, frigobar (um pouco barulhento pra quem aprecia o silêncio do quarto e do lugar) e banheiro pequeno mas bem funcional, com ammenities L'occitane e secador de cabelos potente (quase nunca disponível, mesmo em bons hoteis). O café da manhã é um momento a parte com tudo de muita qualidade e variedade. Frequentado por famílias e casais! Estrutura externa incrível com piscina, spa, brinquedoteca, tudo cuidadosamente pensado e lindo, com muitas flores e espaços verde. Obrigada Savoy Excellence por entregar mais do que eu esperava!

Hotel espetacular!!! Nos surpreendeu! Atendimento excelente, cortesia de massagem, sexta noite (pizza), sábado de música. Transporte para o centro, com uma kombi estilizada, bem confortável, sem necessidade de agendamento. Recreação o dia todo para crianças, copa e brinquedos. O quarto é bem moderno, espaçoso, com camas super confortáveis, ar condicionado e itens do banheiro L' occitane. Ficamos em quarto superior família com varanda com vista. Hotel super aconchegante, com muitas lareiras. Piscina aquecida, apesar de aberta, o hotel oferece um super ropão e toalha. Experiência maravilhosa, voltaremos com certeza!!

Hotel com ótima experiência aos hóspedes
Hotel maravilhoso, com opção de áreas comuns, possui piscina, fogo de chão, e brinquedoteca. Quarto espaçoso e café da manhã muito bem servido. Funcionários educadíssimos e solícitos, e ainda ganhamos massagem no spa como cortesia.
Vale muito a pena a estadia no hotel!

Simplesmente AMAMOS o hotel! Um lugar calmo, lindo, com atendimento excelente. Se está em dúvida, pode parar de procurar. Ficamos no chalé 304, estava tudo bem novinho, o quarto é extremamente confortável, tem quarto separado para as crianças, estava bem limpo e o melhor: além de ar condicionado frio, tem o quente também! A comida do restaurante do Hotel é impecável, uma delícia! Fora que modificaram o prato pra agradar as crianças, achei de muita gentileza. Todos os funcionários simpáticos, super solícitos. Ainda ganhamos uma cortesia no SPA com a Polyana, que tem mãos mágicas! O transporte para o centro facilita muito, mas se tiver pressa pra ir embora pode demorar um pouquinho pois ele pode estar atendendo a outros hóspedes. De todo modo, acho que vale a pena, pra não ficar procurando vaga no centro. Voltaremos com certeza, uma casa fora de casa em Campos do Jordão!

Voltaria com Certeza!!!!
Muito bom hotel, ducha excelente só precisa ligar uns 15 minutos antes do banho para água aquecer, acho Gde desperdício. Cama confortável, tamanho do quarto bom e básico o 202 o qual eu fiquei. Pessoal de trabalho super, mas super gentil. Café da manhã muitoooo boommm , fiz massagem relaxante excelente profissional. Voltaria com certeza
