I based my decision on the information on Tripadvisor. I really believed it. But oh... when I booked through Hotels, there was no information that the room available for three people was in an annex of the hotel. That was fine. Even though there was no structure for us to go for breakfast, for example, this was not the worst experience. And I'm still here, let me say. The worst experience is the mold. The room smells moldy from afar. The entire annex smells moldy. Honestly, staying here has been a torment. I have allergies and bronchitis. Yesterday when I asked the reception for help, they just told me that there was nothing they could do and that they would try to move me to a new room today (it's 9:58 am and I haven't received any contact). I'm on anti-allergy medication. It's sad to pay a lot for something you see on the internet that doesn't match reality.

Cozy, good heating. Very close to Capivari. Spacious and very comfortable room. There is a hot chocolate and cappuccino machine at the reception at a good price. Very clean, bathroom also spacious. There is no elevator, but I would still stay here again.
