Podemos dizer que o Hotel é sensacional. Desde o atendimento onde cada funcionário é extremamente educado gentil e acolhedor, foi uma experiência muito boa! O café da manhã sensacional e não pode deixar de jantar ou almoçar no restaurante BELLA VISTA uma comida deliciosa e atendimento excelente, a Suíte Presidencial é de uma vista sensacional, sem dúvida um dos melhores que já nos hospedamos.

Hotel muito bom Cafe da manhã e comida muito boa Atendimento impecável como tbm nas acomodações Única coisa que pecou foi a acústica dos quartos. Infelizmente não tivemos sorte com os hóspedes do lado que faziam muito barulho a madrugada todo nao no deixando dormir .

Fui fazer uma viagem para comemorar o aniversário do meu casamento e pedi pra colocarem rosas aceitei o kit que era rosa chocolate quente e balões cheguei lá apenas algumas pétalas de rosa , fechei o pacote com uma hidromassagem para relaxar um pouco cheguei lá a banheira nem segurava água acredito que estava com problemas na tampa que segura água as cortinas eu mesmo tive que por no lugar porque se abrisse elas n fechava , como disse fui para ter uma noite com minha esposa mas infelizmente o hotel n atendeu como eu esperava
