Funcionários excelentes. Um hotel muito aconchegante..onde a modernidade se une a elegância. Valeu muito a pena conhecer.A Sauna é uma atração a parte.O único porém é que nos quartos no último andar as escadas são bem estreitas o que dificulta um pouco o acesso .

A nossa estadia foi uma experiência simplesmente maravilhosa! Desde o momento da chegada, fomos recebidos com muito carinho e atenção pelo Felipe, o Staff é fantastico, não podemos deixar de elogiar Felipe, os dois Matheus e o Fernando, o atendimento foi impecável, sempre prestativos fazendo com que nos sentíssemos em casa. As acomodações eram perfeitas: quartos aconchegantes, bem decorados e extremamente limpos, Crezio sempre atencioso. Cada detalhe demonstrava o cuidado em proporcionar uma estadia confortável e relaxante. O que mais nos surpreendeu foi a atenção especial com o aniversário da minha filha. Eles prepararam uma linda surpresa, tornando o momento ainda mais mágico e inesquecível para nossa família. Esse toque personalizado fez toda a diferença!
