Hotel com uma ótima estrutura, conta com uma equipe de profissionais gentis e atenciosos. Na recepção eu cito a Jenifer uma simpatia, muito paciente e pronta a resolver os problemas de maneira rápida. O Wellington que nos auxilia com as malas gentileza em pessoa! Mas todos que nos recepcionam foram muitos educados e gentis. Os quartos são amplos, limpos. O hotel tem um restaurante e o café da manhã tem ótimas opções, inclusive veganas!!! Ótima opção para quem vai para Campos de Jordão!

Não foi minha primeira estadia com vocês, mas a cada uma o hotel somente melhora. Check-in com apenas 15 minutos de atraso, quarto MUITO limpo, roupa de cama adequadamente montada para os 4 graus que enfrentamos lá fora, e um buffet de café da manhã que nos poupou 3 almoços 😄. Usamos tudo. Piscina deliciosamente aquecida, jogamos tênis de mesa, e sempre fomos recepcionados com um sorriso no rosto toda vez em que entrávamos de volta. Quando solicitados, room service, pedidos no café da manhã e o carro nos foi prontamente respondidos. Não existe a MENOR dúvida que, no coração de Capivari, não existe hotel nem próximo do Serra. É o melhor DISPARADAMENTE. Mal vejo a hora de voltar. Parabéns e obrigado por tudo!

Na verdadejá estive no Serra da Estrela umas dez vezes. Sendo a última há uns três anos. É um excelente Hotel, com um atendimento ótimo e quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Tem uma piscina coberta e aquecida, com duas saunas (seca e à vapor). O restaurante é VEGANO, mas tem alguns pratos que os não veganos conseguem comer. Vale muito a pena e o custo benefício é muitom positivo!!!

This lovely, sophisticated hotel offers a phenomenal experience from outstanding service to vegan culinary as well as a great location. Hotel Estrela da Serra features elegant suites coupled with the best vegan food you will ever taste. Every staff member demonstrated the most professional demeanor, and they went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed. I am very much looking forward to staying at Hotel Estrela da Serra in the future.

Estive em Campos do Jordão para comemorar meus 10 anos de relacionamento. O Hotel Serra da Estrela é ótimo, bem localizado no bairro Capivari, próximo aos bares e restaurantes. Atendimento exemplar, café da manhã de qualidade, como nordestino achei mto ruim o cuscuz servido. Estrutura de qualidade, quartos bons, apesar de não conter ar-condiconado, mas só abrir a janela q esta resolvido.
