Nice exterior, great breakfast, lacking inside The main bedroom room smelled a bit funky of mold and humidity. Plenty of condensation in the single glass windows and mold along the window frames. A lot of dust under the bed. My lady thought the bathroom was pretty dirty and it smelled a little of sewage. The exterior of the buildings and the gardens are beautiful though. And the breakfast was really great .

Second time I stay there with my family. We don´t travel to Campos do Jordao because of the town; we go to the town because of the accommodation. We searched for a nice and quiet place to stay away from the noise of carnival, and it happened to be in Campos. It is perfect for families, especially with toddlers. They have playground, game room, toys room, indoor heated swimming pool, AMAZING breakfast, pond with carps and cute ducks, chickens, and they´re currently building a beach volleyball/tennis court and larger playground. Oh, and their special: a family of squirrels that come to the breakfast hall window so the guests can feed them nuts. My toddler daughter loved it.

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We loved it. Very clean and with a fast check-in. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel has a "homey" feel to it, which adds to the pleasant experience.

Que lugar incrível! O quarto era todo aquecido, o banheiro super aquecido, o atendimento maravilhoso, sempre tinha doces de cortesia na recepção, muitos chás de cortesia 24h, fica sim um pouco afastado da cidade, mas vale muito a pena! Reservamos um dia só pra ficar no hotel. Indicações de comidas muito boas para o jantar, por mais que não sirvam jantar no hotel, disponibilizaram talheres e pratos, pois pedimos pizza. Foi tudo incrível! Quero muito voltar!

A pousada é muito gostosa, e muito aconchegante. Conseguimos um quarto espaçoso e muito tranquilo. No quarto tinha uma banheira de hidromassagem funcionando bem. Os aquecedores do quarto também ajudam muito. O banheiro tinha aquecimento no piso. Os chuveiros são ótimos. O café da manhã é uma delícia. O proprietário Sr. Wilian muito gentil e prestativo. Nos deu até uma galinha com pintinho de presente. Minha filha adorou os esquilos que comem na mão. Um verdadeiro achado de sossego. Uma terapia para criança. Vale a pena conhecer viu.

A pousada é exatamente como nas fotos, nova, linda, exuberante. A localização é ótima, local bem tranquilo e silencioso. Os funcionários são super atenciosos e educados. As acomodações são muito limpas, lençóis novos, quarto arejado. E o café da manhã é um espetáculo a parte. O melhor café da manhã de hotel que já experimentei, com o forno a lenha mantendo a comida quentinha, além de queijos finos e doces. Também é possível passear pela pousada, que é enorme, e ficar na piscina coberta. Nota 1000.
