O Hotel é excelente! Local maravilhoso, infra estrutura de resort 5 estrelas e funcionários muito simpáticos e bem treinando. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e o jantar também é uma boa opção.

Pessimo atendimento. Pedi parmesiana e ela veio fria. O prato Kids estava gelado. No quarto faltou toalha e cobertor. E, quando fui pedir cobertor porque estava muito frio, o colaborador disse que não tinha porque a responsavel já tinha ido embora. Não tinha berço e nem banheira para dar banho no meu bebê. O mel de cacau que sempre fornece na chegada de boas vindas, o colaborador disse que o caminhão tinha tombado. Fui com minha familia a 2 anos atras e era maravilhoso, e agora, piorou muito. Tiraram os brinquedos, a bateria. Demora no atendimento. Até banana disseram que ia pegar, minha filha ficou esperando e depois de 15 minutos, eu fui questionar e a colaboradora disse que não tinha. Um desperdício porque o lugar é lindo e merece maus. Horrivel. Horrivel
