We were very well received and looked after at the hotel. We really felt at home. The staff were very attentive and concerned with details. Breakfast had a variety of options on the buffet and prepared by the kitchen, everything was very well made, of high quality, delicious!

This boutique hotel in Campos do Jordao is a hidden gem. It's perched on a hill at Capivari neighborhood. I traveled with my elderly mom, my brother and daughter to celebrate her 80th birthday. The facility is truly wonderful, understated luxury. The service was top notch, the bedrooms were very comfortable. A few highlights: - Available car rides downtown or simply down the hill - this was super helfpul. - Charming facility, modern traditional - you'll see the rustic in the deck, in the exposed wood frames, with comfortable chairs and antique china - Delicious breakfast and turn down service - chocolates and a personal note every night - Very helpful concierge service giving us excellent input on gourmet restaurants, parks, other activities in town - Caring and professional staff (all of them!) If you're in Campos do Jordao and want to relax in style, this is the place.

Hotel excelente, nos faz sentir em casa mesmo. Tudo muito confortável, funcionários educados e delicioso café da manhã. De quebra, ainda fica perto do centro de campos do jordão (capivari). Não usamos a piscina, mas pareceu muito convidativa.

O hotel é extremamente confortável. Quarto espaçoso, cama e travesseiros de ótima qualidade, além das roupas de cama e banho impecáveis. Comida muito boa e atendimento excepcional!! Para quem gosta de massagem, indico as massagistas que atendem no local. Sauna e piscina integradas ao jardim, que fazemos questão de aproveitar todas as vezes que nos hospedamos no L.A.H.
