Aconchego, exclusividade e muita paz Fomos em família e adoramos nossa estadia na Pousada Alma. O ambiente é super aconchegante, silencioso e transmite uma paz deliciosa. Com apenas 10 quartos, a experiência é mais exclusiva e tranquila nada de aglomeração no café da manhã, o que torna tudo melhor, tudo servido com muito capricho. O atendimento foi ótimo, sempre atencioso e acolhedor. Nos sentimos em casa, e a vontade era ficar mais dias! Como sugestão, sentimos falta de itens como algodão e cotonetes no quarto pequenos detalhes que fazem diferença, especialmente para quem viaja de longe. Outro ponto de atenção foi o custo da água, que achamos um pouco elevado. Em lugares com esse perfil mais exclusivo, geralmente a água já é oferecida como cortesia ou a um valor mais simbólico. Seria um carinho a mais com os hóspedes. No geral, adoramos a experiência e recomendamos para quem busca descanso, conforto e um lugar especial em Campos do Jordão.

Espaço muito charmoso e acolhedor! É como se estivéssemos em uma casa de amigos. A arquitetura e decoração são lindas, o atendimento é impecável e a localização é ótima. Fomos caminhando ao centro para jantar e foi muito agradável. O hotel conta apenas com 10 suítes, então o ambiente sempre é tranquilo. A cama é maravilhosa!

Funcionários MARAVILHOSOS!! Super atenciosos e disponíveis. Destaques para a simpática recepção e dicas de concierge do Matheus e o gentil e prestativo Fernando! Tornaram nossa estadia diferenciada! Amei o ambiente e a energia do local. Uma paz sem igual. Acordamos com os pássaros cantando e uma vista deslumbrante da janela de nosso quarto.
