O hotel deixa a desejar no conforto e manutenções. Por ser antigo, não tem aquecimento em todos os ambientes, os móveis estão muito surrados.

Se você gosta de arquitetura e ficou impactado pela grandiosidade do prédio, tire apenas uma foto de recordação. Honestamente não vale a pena: atendimento deficitário, ambiente frio (sem acolhimento), dependendo do seu apartamento terá que pegar dois elevadores, torneira solta, sinal de tv ruim. Está mais para condomínio do que para um hotel. Tivemos que esperar quase uma hora para nosso apartamento ficar pronto, e sequer ofereceram qualquer tipo de compensação. A atendente Camile não se mostrou empático, falava alto sobre assuntos não profissionais com os demais colaboradores. Descaso total!

O hotel é muito bonito e a vista da sacada é maravilhosa, tivemos um imprevisto de faltar água quente por um dia e precisamos tomar banho em um quarto a parte e a água da piscina ficou fria, foi uma boa experiência, os funcionários educados e prestativos mas esse ocorrido foi bem desagradável.

Lugar aconchegante, estilo clássico, que remete a um castelo, no alto do Capivari nos Proporcionou um clima de montanha, atendimento cortês na recepção. Ponto negativo: a lareira da sala de está principal não estava em condições de uso. Check in sem complicação.

Maravilhoso se hospedar em um ponto turístico. Há um mirante na estrada que é ponto de parada de todos tours em Campos pra tirar fotos . Ficam belíssimas ! O hotel é faraônico, enorme , lindo !! O café da manhã é maravilhoso , servido em um salão com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. A equipe do hotel é prestativa e gentil.

Os quartos possuem lareira, um banheiro amplo e uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Além de também ter aquecedor e uma manta térmica nas camas, isso fez total diferença. As dependências do hotel são incríveis, tem várias opções de lazer e qualquer lugar que você olhe, tem uma vista incrível da cidade de Campos do Jordão.

Hotel antigo , quartos sem ar condicionado,ventilador, nada … quem está acostumado a dormir com ar condicionado ligado fica bem ruim de dormir! Café da manhã bom , hotel com uma vista muito bonita porém muito longe do centro da cidade! Existem opções melhores mais próximas do centro com valores mais baixos ! Vlw a pena ficar nesse hotel p conhecer, p quem vai de carro até dá p ficar mas se for p depender de condução uber etc não vale a pena !
