Dans un immeuble de résidence de vacances en bord de mer. Petit déjeuner sur la plage privée, très agréable. Kitchenette, frigo et climatisation. Grand parking gratuit privé.

Structure to fix both externally and internally. Pros the proximity to the beaches but for the rest many things should be fixed inside the room. At first glance it seemed a dated but sober structure in reality instead we realized that from the torn curtains to the dated appliances and in general the structure would need some touch-ups. Uncomfortable bed and cleaning not at its best! Free and large parking.

English: **Terrible experience at the Nettuno residence in Campomarino** I stayed at the Nettuno residence in Campomarino and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The room assigned was too small to comfortably accommodate three people. The conditions of the room were terrible and did not comply with basic hygiene and health standards at all. On the balcony, the only space for eating outdoors, two air conditioning motors were installed directly on the floor, one of which served the next room. This situation made it impossible to use the balcony, which was constantly hot and noisy. As if that were not enough, the bathroom was infested with ants and the sanitary fixtures were not installed correctly: they moved every time you used them, making the experience really uncomfortable and unsafe. The shower was broken, a detail that further aggravated our experience. Finally, the price paid for a stay in these conditions was definitely too high compared to the quality offered. I would not recommend this residence to anyone, and I hope that the management takes serious measures to improve the situation.

Sono stata in questo residence con mia figlia 5 giorni ad agosto 2024. Appena entrati una grande puzza di fumo infestava tutta la stanza, i cuscini ( che erano altissimi e scomodissimi per cui inutilizzati) e il materasso. Il frigorifero era sporchissimo, il water con macchie gialle incrostate, la doccia perdeva acqua, il lavandino in cucina aveva la manopola per aprire l'acqua sotto al mobile, l'acqua calda era ustionante, la finestra che dava sul balcone si incastrava, tra il frigorifero e il mobile ho trovato mozziconi di sigarette, le stoviglie erano sporche e unte, il gas mi hanno consigliato di chiuderlo ogni volta che lo usassi e poi ho capito il perché: aveva perdite! Il climatizzatore prevedeva che ogni volta svuotassi l'acqua e tutto questo al modico prezzo di 100 euro a notte. Per finire, al momento della consegna delle chiavi (quando gliene avrei cantate quattro), non c'era nessuno in reception e ho dovuto lasciarle alle signore delle pulizie (se così si possono definire!) . Vergogna!

Non ho usufruito della colazioni
