Hotel péssimo, sujo e mal atendido. O processo de Check in levou mais de 20 minutos para ser iniciado sendo que só havia um casal na nossa frente e havia 3 atendentes no balcão. Ninguém nos cumprimentou ao chegar, um dos atendentes estava sem uniforme e a barriga estava aparecendo debaixo da barra da camiseta, e obviamente não sabia cadastrar os hóspedes no sistema, digitando muito devagar (o cadastro já havia sido feito na reserva). Ninguém portava crachá de identificação. O quarto que nos deram estava com a TV estragada, mudamos de quarto. Lençóis e roupa de cama com cheiro de mal-lavados, colchões péssimos. O estacionamento é precário, pouca área de manobra, poucas vagas, evidentemente improvisado. Há sujeira, rachaduras e infiltrações em todos os lugares, desde a recepção até quartos e banheiros. O salão de café da manhã é desconfortavelmente pequeno e a circulação é ruim, obviamente não comporta o fluxo de hóspedes. Às 8:30-9h da manhã o café da manhã já parece terra arrasada.

The only thing you can want in the hotel is the location but it seems that you are at home, with the good service of the very dear and well-performing staff clean room, with good beds , good shower , Good breakfast And I left my car a week in their parking and they didn't charge me anything and when I came back was all right I recommend and I'll stay there some other times

Hotel com excelente localização. Recepção solicita e rápida no atendimento. Quartos amplos equipada com cama bem confortável. Banheiros amplos e chuveiros excelente para um excelente banho. Café da manha bom para a categoria do hotel. O único problema que atribuo a note 4 a esta acomodação seria em relação ao barulho do hotel durante a parte da manha, principalmente por partes das arrumadeiras. E a iluminação do quarto pela janela, que poderia conter uma cortina com blackout de maior eficácia.

I have been in contact with the hotel since yesterday because I have a reservation from 24 to 28 April, ask for gentleness if you could anticipate check in because it would arrive at 5 a.m. travel. I was informed that it would depend on availability. ok standards . When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hardly treated with discrimination and jokes by Mr. Lucas q said to Mr. Luciane careful looking at me and high that nothing should take peace from them. I asked from my room since 9 a.m. and he said that he should wait The room was 14 hours and my room was not ready for 3 people. I asked if I could change my room and he said no that the same was already designated for me.In the timetable, they were not ready. 15 minutes later they set up another room for me. But if this is not implication, lack of attention, discrimination I don't know what it is. Several known people were allocated , only me and my two children who are not even respected consumer rights. The phrase for me was: you have to be patient only at 14:00, 14:00 arrived and nothing. The previous client left the room at 12 hours and the hotel team could not arrange him to get in in 2 hours? Is that the Harbor network service? I don't ask for your favor, I asked my rights while I had to wait until 14:00 because it was right at the hotel. Now is it really necessary to put my items on the table and talk about my rights that is not a matter of minimum quality to be taken into account? Why don't you just re-allocate one client to another room as you did at 14:15? Unfortunately, I canceled all my foods that would be made at the hotel because I sincerely hope you will spend that stay right here. Respect them to be respected.
