Bom atendimento, mas há espaço para melhoras.
Foi boa, mas para um Íbis "vermelho", tinha maiores expectativas. O café era variado, mas a quantidade de cada coisa era pouca, e a reposição não era eficiente. O quarto não parecia tão limpo, os móveis estavam descascando, a cadeira era desconfortável. A internet era sem condições de uso - nos deram como opção a do Novotel, o que serviu como solução de contorno. Para o meu foco de interesse, a localização era ótima.

Hotel precisando de manutencao , paredes e boz sem manutencao , toalhas ruins . Bom cafe da manha . Frasco de shampoo no apartamento muito duro para apertar , pessimo sistema , alem de quando aperta tem muito desperdicio de produto , nada sustentavel e nada economico.

Excelente atendimento
O hotel segue o patrão ibis, a cama muito confortável, ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro bom. Café da manhã muito bom. O único problema é que não existe um bom isolamento acústico no quarto. Desde as 7 da manhã se escuta as pessoas falando no corredor, abrindo e fechando portas e escutamos toda a limpeza do quarto ao lado (até a vassoura no carpete). Em alguns momentos parece que era nossa porta que estava abrindo e acordamos viárias vezes assustados. O atendimento da recepção foi excelente!

A internet do hotel simplemente não funciona. Falei com os atendentes e não resolveram e nem mudaram meu quarto. O atendimento também não foi bom. Erraram lançamento no meu quarto.
