Achei de uma falta de consideração com o hospede, chegava no hotel e não tinha motorista para guardar o carro e o estacionamento próximo sempre lotado e tinhamos que parar em um local de brita , longe e as vezes com chuva . No checkout não tinha ninguém para ajudar com as bagagens, e muito menos rampa para descermos com as bagagens até o carro, meu marido esta operado da coluna e eu com o tendão do braço rompido , e tivemos que fazer tudo sozinhos . Nao é jamais um hotel ACESSÍVEL. Se precisar de ajuda , fiquem em outro que tenha este serviço e que os atendentes sejam mais amáveis, pois o serviço de atendimento da recepção fica muito a desejar .

Terrível! Atendentes e gerentes extramemente mal-educados. Fui humilhado em 2 vezes diferentes por pessoas diferentes.
Sem falar que cobraram duplicado e não quiseram devolver.

Recepcionistas muito atenciosos, limpeza no lobby muito boa.
Quarto confortável, espaçoso mas pecou na falta de limpeza adequada.
Café da manhã razoável para ruim.
Muita sujeira no salão do café da manhã, péssima limpeza, a tomada da sanduicheira estava derretendo, alto risco de choque ou queimadura.
Merece uma atenção gigantesca a qualidade e a limpeza do café da manhã.
