Mooi hotel op een perfecte lokatie. Dichtbij de haven, dichtbij het Romeinse theater De kamer is netjes en schoon , het personeel heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt subliem. Veel keus. Vers fruit, yohurt, noten en zaden voor in de yogurt. Echt top.

Gute Lage zur Innenstadt nahe Hafen. Schnelle, freundliche Anmeldung, nette Mannschaft. Zimmer gute Ausstattung, sauber, aber sehr klein. Insgesamt für den Standard 30-40% zu teuer.

La llegada al hotel es un poco difícil.Hay que entrar en una zona peatonal qu el GPS no te indica y el hotel tampoco te avisa en el momento de la reserva... El hotel dispone de un parking, al que se accede en ascensor para el coche. Si el vehículo es grande, peligro de hacerle yn buen rayón. La alternativa es un aparcamiento público a unos 300 m del Hotel. La habitación era pequeña , aunque contratamos una Superior. Casi no teníamos espacio entre el pie de la cama y la pared. La terraza es muy amplia, aunque espartana. El acceso a ella y sobre todo la entrada a la habitación es difícil y hasta peligrosa por la diferencia de nivel. Si el cliente tiene edad avanzada o tiene alguna limitación mejor no pedir este tipo de habitaciones. Tuvimos una incidencia con la cerradura de la habitación, y el servicio de Mantenimiento lo solucionó con mucha amabilidad, no tanto diligencia ya que desafortunadamente no se encontraba en el Hotel. Echamos en falta algún lugar para sentarnos tranquilamente que no fuera la cafetería ...

The location is excellent and the staff extremely friendly, relaxed, efficient and attentive. There is a good atmosphere. Everything else is also recommendable: appetizing and quiet breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Lovely location for historic attractions. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking is a nightmare! Hotel should re-plan the layout and reduce number of spaces if necessary and should warn customers about size limit in the lift.
