Teníamos una reserva en este hotel para el lunes 28 de abril con un grupo de 46 alumnos. Este día fue el apagón y no nos acogieron en el hotel, nos dejaron tirados, no fueron capaces de buscar alguna solución. Nos sugirieron volver a nuestro lugar de origen, a 400km de distancia. Incumplieron el deber moral y legal de asistir a un grupo de menores en una situación de emergencia nacional.

Gestión de hotel nefasta, me han estafado una reserva que anulé y no me quieren devolver de 570 euros, un pastón que voy a reclamar hasta la saciedad porque me parecen unos ladrones que además no dan la cara contestando ninguna reclamación que he hecho por escrito, y esto es lo que me parece más vergonzoso. Un hotel, que debe prestar servicio, que además está en un sitio que ni tan sólo es de lujo, que vayan de sobrados ni contestando al cliente, que es quien les da de comer. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL POR NADA, Y ADEMÁS DE SER UNOS LADRONES, ME PARECE VERGONZOSO EL SERVICIO ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, ASÍ COMO LA GERENCIA.

No tienen ascensor, tuvimos que subir las maletas a pulso. El hotel está a las afueras de Almagro cerca a una discoteca con la música muy alta hasta la madrugada. Reserve habitación triple, pero había 2 camas y una supletoria de muelles muy dura. La bañera estaba vieja y algo rota. mi hija se quedó encerrada en el baño porque se encajó la puerta. Necesita una reforma!

Estoy contentísimo con ese hotel, el trato del personal exquisito, la limpieza impecable, la comida muy buena para un tres estrellas. Todo fueron facilidades, un amigo del grupo se puso enfermo y ellos se encargaron de avisar al médico de guardia del pueblo para que viniera al hotel a reconocerlo. Para mi todo ha sido positivo, les doy un DIEZ a tod@s. Gracias por vuestro buen trato. Si vuelvo por esa zona tengo clarísimo donde hospedarme

Muy ruidoso, no pude descansar nada.Hay una discoteca delante donde tienen el volumen a tope hasta las 06 .00 de la mañana .....un horror!!!!

en junio no tener la piscina para poderse bañar fue un fallo, precisamente cogimos este hotel porque te ofrecían piscina, por lo demás personal muy atento, las habitaciones y baño se ven un poco antiguas

La despedida del hotel fue penosa. Además de ser muy ambiguos con la hora de salida (checkout) ya que aseguraban que era a las 10 de la mañana y en *********** dice las 11 de la mañana , nos apuraron en exceso para desayunar. Para más inri nos cortaron el aire acondicionado sin haber devuelto la llave. De lenguaje no verbal no soy ignorante y del lugar del que no te quieren NUNCA HAS DE VOLVER. ADIÓS
