Ho soggiornato in questo hotel 3 stelle S e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata eccezionale. Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità e disponibilità da tutto il personale, sempre attento a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura si distingue per la pulizia impeccabile, una cucina eccellente con piatti gustosi sia a cena che a colazione e una bellissima spa, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata intensa. Le camere, recentemente ristrutturate, sono molto belle, moderne e confortevoli, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Un altro punto di forza è la posizione strategica, vicinissima all’impianto, che ha reso tutto ancora più comodo. Ero in viaggio con un gruppo di 50 persone e, nonostante le numerose richieste, il personale è sempre stato disponibile e attento a tutti i dettagli. Per la qualità dei servizi offerti e l’attenzione al cliente, questo hotel meriterebbe sicuramente una stella in più. Consigliatissimo!

Quarto anno che vengo in questo hotel e lo trovo sempre eccellente.Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo.Matteo ed il suo staff sempre cordiali e disponibili.Cucina eccellente con possibilità di scelta.Bravo il cuoco.La sua vicinanza agli impianti lo rende perfetto per una settimana di sci.Esperienza da ripetere .

Soggiorniamo all'hotel Ladina da parecchi anni e in stagioni diverse. Ci siamo trovati sempre super bene. La loro professionalità si accompagna alla gentilezza, alla cortesia ed al desiderio di rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Nel corso degli anni l'hotel si è rinnovato offrendo un servizio sempre aggiornato e di livello superiore. Le camere oltre che belle sono molto confortevoli. L'offerta culinaria è ottima. La famiglia Riz riesce sempre a regalarci il soggiorno perfetto in un ambiente ultra confortevole. È sempre un dispiacere tornare a casa.

Soggiorno perfetto. Il posto in Campitello di Fassa è ottimo. La camera è perfetta, moderna, accogliente. Il bagno è moderno, molto pulito. Avevamo schelto la mezza pensione. La cuccina è varia e di qualità. Il personale è molto attento. Il parcheggio privato è gratuito e dispone di un buon numero di posti. Per finire, una bella esperienza.

Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Ottima accoglienza, camera spaziosa con vista impagabile, eccellente servizio. Colazione con ampia scelta e prodotti di ottima qualità. Pronti a qualsiasi richiesta , gentili e generosi, non ci hanno fatto pagare il garage per la moto. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

hotel in centro al paese con comodo parcheggio riservato, pulizia eccellente, personale molto cortese disponibile e preparato, la ciliegina sulla torta è la merenda pomeridiana offerta agli ospiti, e la caraffa di acqua a cena, piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza, bravi!!!!!
