Abbiamo soggiornato presso il Park hotel diamant per tutta la settimana in gruppo e con la mia bambina di 6 mesi. Il personale disponibilissimo sia in reception che in sala, in modo particolare il metres Massimiliano molto attento a tutti gli ospiti ma con più attenzione a chi aveva intolleranze e a i bambini (in particolare alle esigenze dei più piccoli). Anche la pulizia molto soddisfacente. Le stanze super calde.

Abbiamo trascorso un breve soggiorno in questo hotel speciale. La cortesia e la disponibilità del Direttore e di tutto il personale sono state eccezionali. Il centro prenotazioni è stato altrettanto professionale ed efficiente, garantendo una gestione impeccabile della nostra permanenza. La camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, bagno nuovo con doccia spaziosa e terrazzo con vista Sassolungo. La cucina offre piatti variegati e ogni sera propone specialità della regione. Inoltre, l'hotel vanta un centro benessere nuovissimo, il luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sugli sci. È possibile accedere anche ad una sauna e a un idromassaggio esterno. La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, con la funivia di Col Rodella a pochi passi. In sintesi, questo hotel offre un'esperienza completa, dove ogni aspetto del soggiorno è curato con attenzione e passione.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana, in 4 con un cane. Stanza accogliente e moderna, divisa in due ambienti separati per noi ed i ragazzi. Bagno ampio, con una doccia fantastica e grande. Pulizia quotidiana perfetta, eseguita da personale molto cortese. La stanza ha una terrazza con vista sassolungo, meravigliosa. Cibo molto buono, personale di sala gentilissimo che accontenta ogni esigenza

Special praise to waiters and chefs - food and service were best of the best. Here I ate one of the best spaghetti “aglio olio e peperocino”!Renewed spa center without crowd (our visit was in December), nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. We’ll come back every year!

English: Average hotel, for a 4 star nothing exciting. In the hotels we usually frequent, the Spa and the pool with the exception of treatments, are free to access, here not everything with extra payment. Management of the restaurant spaces for breakfast very limited, with waiting for the dispensing of hot drinks which are self service; in a 4 star hotel the service should be at the table. Continuous change of staff in the dining room where there was practically a different waiter every day. But the thing that left us most stunned was the management of the virus problem that practically affected all the guests, some more than others. Arriving on Monday, the management did not give us any information regarding the virus that was now circulating in the hotel and in the town, and only after the mayor's order on Tuesday, in which it was mandatory to boil the water before use, was this order displayed on the reception counter, without the management having the foresight to directly inform each guest of this problem. The result was that we were 4 people and we all got infected, ruining our days of stay. I think there is nothing else to add.

io sono andato in questo hotel ad agosto 2024 anche se ci eravamo stati anche l'anno scorso a fine luglio.Le camere le ho trovate molto pulite,il cibo al ristorante molto buono,anche i camerieri tutti gentili e cortesi.Non c'è mai stato nessuno che ci abbia detto di no a qualcosa,ottimo il river park con dei tavoli per mangiare e un grande camino che suppongo accendono per le serate importanti.l'hotel include anche 2 piscine con idromassaggio una all'interno al piano sotterraneo e una all'esterno.oltre alle due piscine idromassaggio ci sono anche due spa con getti d'acqua bollente e idromassagio molto potente con 2 bocchtte che ti fanno anche il massaggio all'interno.Unico difetto era che mancava snelle due spa un cartello che diceva che le due piscine con acqua bollente le potevano fare solo ragazzi con età superiore a 16 anni.L'hotel offre anche 2 saune all'esterno:una secca e una umida e all'interno vicino alla piscina altre due saune anche qui una secca e una umida.Alpiano sotterraneo c'è anche una stanza dove ogni tanto c'è un mago e dove si fa il miniclub.Questo hotel dispone anche di un noleggio di sci e di stivali per sci. IO CI RITORNERE ALTRE MILLE VOLTE
