Excellent accommodation! The location, food, and cleanliness were absolutely top-notch; the hotel is right on the lake. If possible, I recommend a room on the upper floors with a lake view. The slight surcharge is definitely worth it!
The staff is very friendly, helpful, and dedicated.
The weather wasn't particularly good during our stay, but the hotel absolutely made up for it.

We have stayed in the hotel 5 times now, but unfortunately we have to say that the service leaves more and more to be desired.
Unfortunately, breakfast takes forever to get something to drink, the buffet is pretty poor and is rarely refilled, you are always waiting.
Hot water was turned off once but no one informed us, and you can only use the sauna if you book in advance.

Large, beautiful room with a dream view. Ditto the shower area of the bathroom. Excellent and very varied breakfast. Friendly, elegant and prepared staff. Valid SPA for exclusive use. Some doubts about the management of the parking issue, but they are overlooked. Definitely an experience that I recommend!

Breakfast is more oriental
Wellness area is unfortunately much worse in reality than in the pictures, some things are broken and seem to have been there for a while.
You can go into the sauna area alone for 1 hour after registering
