I liked the hotel, simple but well served, good value for money. Breakfast is great, it has a little more than the basics. Room is TB gem. Reception is friendly and attentive. I just didn't like paying for parking. The food is delicious from room service but a little slow.

Unfortunately I had setbacks with the reception who did not want to extend my reservation for another day or let me do late check out claiming 100 percent hotel occupancy. It turns out that this information did not correspond to the truth and I was able to make the reservation online without any problem. Furthermore, Ibis budget Campinas announces that late check-out is for all stays and all rooms, as per the attached photo.

Spacious room with desk, air conditioning, black out curtains and very well cleaned. Great shower even made washing my long hair quicker. In some hotels the shower hardly even comes out (it drips) and takes a long time to wash your hair, but not in this hotel, it was super quick. There are fire sensors in the rooms, making it safer. Breakfast was also very good, I tried a delicious tapioca “pudding” with coconut. There are fruits, cold cuts, eggs, various breads, cheese bread, homemade cream cheese, sweets and cakes…etc. large variety. Regarding the leisure part, I can't describe anything because I didn't even have time to use them.

The reception is very good and the check-in and check-out is very fast. In addition to the mant has edredom and other types of trailer that can be requested at the reception. As I was at an event in Alphaville Campinas, the location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Broad parking (my only criticism is about the charge of the parking), clean and cosy room with good structure. Breakfast with good options (may have a little more fruit). I recommend stay.

A good hotel for those who need to be close to the airport or the industrial village. The hotel is new with practical modern decor. There is no room service, they provide complimentary water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Excellent shower and bed. The sockets are 220v. Hygiene products are simple, I expected something similar to the contemporary one. Breakfast very good and complete, everything well organized and very tasty. Free parking.

The WiFi in this hotel is the worst I have ever seen in the world. If you need work, don't stay in this hotel. Because the WiFi in this hotel can't even send messages, let alone be used for Internet conferences. Don't I understand that upgrading WiFi is expensive?
