Ficou a desejar na seguinte situação: precisava de uma colher para tomar medicação líquida e o hotel não tinha para dispor, somente garfo e faca e caso eu precisasse usar precisava pagar. Foi bem chato essa situação.

Cheguei pela manhã às 08:00 horas, não tinha opção de uma diária do dia anterior para o outro para poder entrar antes, me cobraram quase o valor da diária para poder entrar antes da diária, acredito que deveria ser um proporcional. A cada hora que passava iria diminuindo o valor, não era um valor fixo, esperei até as 10:00 para pagar 120,00 reias, ainda demoraram 50 min para liberar o quarto e isso porque fui perguntar.

Limpeza deixou a desejar, achei garrafas de água embaixo da cama e resto de sabonete no box, o que apresenta falta de limpeza. Funcionários deixaram a desejar em simpatia, atendimento não foi bom. Café da manhã ok, nada demais. O hotel é lindo, e as camas são bem confortáveis. Gostei que deixaram o frigobar cheio, o que facilita.
