Punto forse strategico per raggiungere mare terme e borghi, ma venturina terme è un dormitorio, adatto agli operai che lavorano li, almeno la stanza dove ho soggiornato senza spazi per poggiare, nota positiva un terrazzino e la gentilezza della reception

Residence abbastanza curato, appartamento ristrutturato e con spazzi ampi. Cucina attrezzata, c’è anche la biancheria e gli asciugamani. Ottima posizione, a 12 min da Baratti e San Vincenzo, non posso che consigliarlo. Unica nota dolente è stato il fatto che sopra di noi c’erano dei ragazzi (camerieri cuochi) molto irrispettosi e maleducati che quando tornano dal servizio fanno un gran rumore, fuori dalla palazzina, sulle scale e anche in casa non rispettando gli orari di “silenzio”. Per il resto è un ottima soluzione qualità prezzo.

Receptionist competente e gentile, camera di giuste dimensioni con armadio e TV schermo piatto (piccole dimensioni), aria condizionata, bagno grande...nota negativa la pulizia...molto approssimativa..

siamo stati notti in questo residence , molto carino , appartamento interamente ristrutturato , con aria condizionata , balconi , lavatrice , biancheria pulita sia x letto che bagno, vicinissimo alle spiagge piu' belle ... 10 minuti da Baratti , 10 minuti da Sterpaia / Mortelliccio / Torre Mozza , a due passi da Follonica, SAn Vincenzo , Piombino , Suvereto , Campiglia. a 1 km dalle Terme ! Supermercati , Farmacie a 2 passi. Perfetto

Stanza pulita, posizione comoda per visitare i d'intorni (Piombino, Follonica, Grosseto, Punta Ala, Castiglione, ecc) economica, tranquilla. Parcheggio gratuito nei pressi del residence. Nei paraggi pizzerie, ristoranti e vari supermercati. Uniche due pecche, doccia senza cabina, (si allagava il bagno) e finestre senza persiane o tapparelle, quindi di notte la stanza non era completamente buia. Nel complesso buona sistemazione

Il punto forte è il prezzo. Camera piccola ma abbastanza pulita e da poco ristrutturata, ora passiamo a ciò che non rende del tutto piacevole il soggiorno; letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini singoli che non avendo un copri materasso o un topper che le tiene uniti si separano di continuo, inoltre sei costretto a tenere ben chiusa la porta del bagno a causa del fortissimo ma l’odore proveniente dalle fogne che invade la piccola camera.
