Dopo aver visto le recensioni sono rimasto allibito, ma tutto sommato ottima esperienza. Camere abbastanza pulite, Hotel molto silenzioso e nessun insetto. Unica pecca il cibo, quindi Colazione e Cena nel mio caso, non mi sono molto piaciute.

今回一泊だけでしたがホテルはきれいなのですがアクセスが悪すぎます。フィレンツェの駅からトラムの終点近くで降りてから1時間に一本のようで時間には来ません土日はありません。それとGoogleで表示された駅が実際と違い乗り過ごしました。ホテルのスタッフはとても良く電子レンジもいなかおひとつせず貸していただきました。またチャンスがあれば利用したいと思います。

Estuve alojada sólo una noche en mi ruta por la Toscana; el hotel no está mal, pero desde luego la categoría 4 estrellas lo debió ser en su momento, tiene pinta de haber sido un gran hotel, pero se ha quedado anticuado y la categoría no se corresponde. Aún así descansé bien, la habitación no era muy grande pero estaba equipada con lo necesario, la cama era cómoda y estaba todo limpio. La presión de la ducha falla bastante, por lo que ducharse puede resultar incómodo, algo que para ser 4* no debería suceder pero que tampoco es algo realmente grave. ♂️Lo mejor fue el trato que nos dio la persona de la recepción, super amable en todo, se esforzaba en hablar nuestro idioma y nos facilitó todo lo que necesitáramos. El desayuno muy flojo, muy poca variedad, calidad regular... Y el café de la máquina horroroso.

Hotel pésimo. Es una estafa. No es un 4**** ni soñando, si acaso una mala pensión. Es antiguo, sucio y alejado de cualquier parte. No entiendo cómo el turoperador Special Tour, lo tiene en su paquete, ni como El Corte Inglés lo comercializa. Debería ser inspeccionada por las autoridades y rebajarlo a categoría de pensión de tercera. Si vienes a este hotel es porque te han engañado, cómo es mi caso. Nada recomendable
