Ottimo hotel camere spaziose ambienti puliti e massima cortesia da parte di tutto il personale. Il ristorante interno merita nota di rilievo. Cibi buonissimi e rapporto qualità/prezzo al top. Se riandrò da quelle parti certamente prenoterò questo hotel

Non presenti prodotti per il bagno, colazione nettamente da migliorare, ambienti da curare (in particolare esterno) forse è stato un bell'albergo, ma adesso lo nasconde bene. All'interno della camera si trova ancora la moquette, assolutamente da togliere

La mia valutazione è una media tra elementi buoni ed elementi negativi. L'hotel mostra gli anni. La stanza che mi hanno assegnato è ampia e comoda, così pure il bagno ma necessitano di qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione e di rinnovare la moquette. Se si risparmia, ci si può accontentare ma se vado in un 4 stelle mi aspetto accessori della stanza e del bagno in linea con l'offerta. Il personale è cortese ma ho trovato imprecisioni nel servizio.

Gloomy hotel and, contrary to what other customers have indicated, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. My room was large (the only positive note), the carpet must have retained a lot of dust as there was a heavy, stale air. Bathroom with dismantled toilet seat, water and long hair on the floor. I doubt there was a thorough cleaning as they didn't even notice a bar of soap used and left by previous customers. The level of the attached restaurant is decidedly different and deserves praise. Maybe thanks to the latter they have the four stars?

Terrible dark and black hotel, outdated rooms, dirty carpet, I removed the pillow cover and found it full of stains, the rooms smell of cigarettes, the bedspreads are never washed, plus I saw some strange faces, fine for one night and away from the four star hotel, it's good little. but we are in Italy there is nothing surprising.

We stayed one night in this hotel and when we went to check out I pointed out a problem we had at night, we had some flies inside the room that were buzzing and we slept little and badly, I expected that at least I was taken away the cost of the mini bar in the room, 2 bottles of water (5 euros) and instead nothing. We stayed in this hotel one night, after booking on booking at the end of September (in the notes we communicate that we have a dog and let us know if there were any problems).
