I usually never write a bad review but trying to check into this hotel last Friday was a nightmare! The manager was so rude and the customer service was horrible! He treated us like we were lowlifes trying to take advantage of the hotel. My friend who booked the room through ********** didn't have her Driver's license but she works at United and had her ID, etc. Had to change the reservation into my name and then he said she couldn't stay in the room. Finally he cancelled our reservation and I booked at room at the Los Gatos lodge which is amazing! Even the ********** rep said this man was so unreasonable and rude! Never again!!!

If you are looking for a cheap option conveniently located to a couple of freeways in the South Bay, the Campbell Motel 6 might be the budget option for you. Certainly there are no frills and extras with this spartan room located just off a busy freeway intersection. As you would expect, it is a bit noisy. At least it was clean room to put your head down for the night.
