The hotel impresses with its cleanliness, convenient location near amenities, and friendly staff. Guests appreciate the breakfast, fitness center, and spacious, comfortable rooms.

We stayed here for 3 nights in June for the first time. The hotel is pretty new. Our room had a small bathroom, and a full size fridge, dishwasher and things needed for a kitchen. The coffee maker made 2 cups at the same time. There were lots of lights as well as outlets in the room. There is carpet in the bed and living areas. The movable table is an efficient use of space. Although the room was very clean-a used Q tip was found on the bathroom counter. The curtain is room darkening. We were in room 409, and our room faced the highway. We could hear trucks downshifting a bit at night. Breakfast had a lot of choices...however, all 3 days that we were there it was not replenished very well at all (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). I get Sunday, it was busy. The waffle maker dough was never even there at all Sunday...came out our last 5 minutes of breakfast Monday, was there on Tuesday-but it didn't work. Fruit also was not replaced. Really love the yogurt machine-and the toppings were fantastic!!! We have stayed in this neighborhood at Tru...which we did like a bit better truthfully. This neighborhood is not our favorite area in Lynchburg to stay, and although our stay was fine, it would not be our first choice of places to stay in the area.

I love the caring, helpful staff and the attentive room service! You always feel helped here, regardless of how crowded the hotel is. The free breakfast is wonderful compared to what I've seen in other places. It's always fresh and regularly replenished.
