Шикарный домик на краю земли с великолепным интерьером, двери, окна, мебель, красота и стиль. Потрясающая терраса, дающая возможность увидеть и услышать океан. Умиротворение, тишина и красота.
Отель у самого подножья скалы на самом берегу океана, добраться можно только на фуникулере, оплата за него включена в стоимость проживания.
Отель на территории фермы, где выращивают бананы, авокадо, овощи, в отдельно загончике разводят коз.
Можно прыгать с пирса, купаться, загорать, слушать птиц и любоваться на волны.
Большое спасибо за ваш труд, за теплый прием, за гигантсую корзинку с завтраком, собранную для нас при раннем отъезде.

Optámos por fazer a visita guiada com prova de fruta. Gostamos da parte da visita e história da fajã, achamos que 30 euros por pessoa é claramente um exagero, atendendo à pouca oferta de fruta e quantidade. Posto que nesta época não há tanta fruta, poderiam optar por um sumo, um batido...

Fatima took us on the farm and fruit tasting tour which was really interesting and the fruit was delicious (generous portions!). Fatima was engaging and entertaining, and obviously proud of the farm and its efforts to be sustainable whilst producing top quality fruit and vegetables. We were also able to see the lovely accommodation they have for hire there. We followed it with some delicious prawns and local bread from the excellent restaurant on site. A beautiful setting with sustainably at its core.

We had the best of times at Faja dos Padres, a lost paradise. The staff was so welcoming, and you could tell they were proud to be part of such a stunning environment and friendly community - and wanted to share that with you. A huge thanks to Nelio who welcomed us when we arrived from the airport in the evening and to Fatima for her smiles, wit and caring attitude as well as a great organic farm tour (learnt loads about lots of different tropical fruit including Surinam cherries, bananas and mangos)! We hope to come back to this incredible place that makes you feel at world’s end but also part of a little community preserving a hidden gem and important wildlife including giant monarch butterflies. Thank you to everyone for their warm welcome and to Mario for showing us to the bungalow late in the evening. The bungalows have amazing sea and cliff views! Ludo and Dec

What a unique and fascinating place to stay...probably the most memorable of all the places we've stayed at over 13 springtime holidays in Madeira. Being centred on a farm bordering the ocean, green is all around, as well as blue sea and skies. For our 48 hours there we had plenty to see and do without leaving it, including a tai chi class offered in the garden. People visit via cable car for the small beach bar- restaurant away from the accommodation. We had a lovely sunset meal and breakfasts there. Just right temperature in March - could be very hot in high summer at the foot of the cliffs. The evenings are particularly peaceful. The Bungalow (upper storey of a converted stone- built barn) where we stayed exceeded our expectations, having somewhat more facilities, style and space than anticipated. The staff were friendly, relaxed and can-do, they even leapt to the challenge of dropping off something I left, at my next hotel.

What a fantastic relaxing stay at an organic farm at the bottom of a cliff accessible only by cable car. Quiet except for the waves crashing shore. We had our own “Casa” at the edge of a cliff with bedroom bath kitchenette and Adirondack chairs on the stone patio overlooking the sea. Visited the wine cellar on premises, took an excellent outdoor yoga class with the sea as background music, and joined a fascinating and informative tour of the organic farm led by our host, Fatima. All the delicious fruit and jam at breakfast was from the farm and it was fresh and delicious. There are not enough superlatives to describe how great it was to stay here,
