This is the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. Roachs and shi* all over the place. Staff must not be shi* because my room wasn’t even properly cleaned we had to do what we could never AGAIN.

Checked in yesterday (10/15/25) & was greeted by the most welcoming person named Kim. She made the process seamlessly & easy with little wait time. She was very personable as she highlighted all the attractions nearby & providing directions as needed.

Ronnie a really good guy works there, hes very charming and helps out alot, and has very excellente customer service hes the guy to ask if you ever need anything.

First I book 3rd party which I did know until I arrived. I called the number but was rerouted to a 3 party. They was not clear on instructions even tho I specifically asked them . I arrived and their was a problem with the booking but Ms. Kim and the team expeditiously correct with no hassle. Far as the hotel it is passive but is definitely not what I would come back to just not my cup of tee. Thanks to Ms.Kim for turning a negative moment around. Suitland location

Roaches, I had to change my room two times because of the bugs holes in the bathroom door walls are dirty and they tried to give me a room that couldn’t lock might not ever stay there again front desk unprofessional young very forgetful strange people lingering

10/4/25 To whom it may concern: For quite a while now, I have been staying (and still currently residing) at the Woodspring Suites Washington DC Andrews Air Force Base in Camp Springs, MD. My experience at Wood Springs Suites has been nothing less than "Great"! The staff here: Shani, Ronnie, Aquilla, Kim, and the other staff. In my opinion are the Best! The management team at the Andrews site is on top of it. The new Temporary GM, Jason He, was the Temp GM at this site before Super Guy, very Professional, and the maintenance manager, Quartez. A Super Great Guy, Efficient and very professional!!! I would also like to give my sincere acknowledgement and flowers to Dina, a former GM at this establishment, who exemplified what hospitality in hotel management is all about- First and foremost being human, having the professional savviness and discernment to know when to be stern and or strict and when to know you get more bees with honey. All the above attributes to the making of a good GM. In my opinion, one who utilizes that outlook in hospitality management has the potential to have a winning establishment. I observed this personally about her, while still being professional and efficient. I just want to at this time give her my personal thank you!!! All the above people I have named. I have had personal interaction with them on one occasion or more., All have made my experience here at Wood Springs a great decision until my new forever home is completed. My fiance & I have been here for almost 6 years. This place is truly made by the people who work here. Ronnie being the best front desk person. He is so personable & always willing to help! Cortez is an amazing maintenance worker. He works his butt off here & he’s just an amazing person all around. Both of these people have made our stay here awesome! Thanks Cortez & Ronnie! :)
