The manager of Fasad brought my sister and friend to tears, called the police on us, still refuses to return the money for the last day we extended earlier at the hotel, after that he swung a card payment machine at my sister, I thought he was really going to hit her (And all because we said that we were not satisfied with the service in front of other guests at the reception: the room was dirty, hair on the bed linen, water was not brought to the room, hygiene products were running out, they were not looked after at all, the staff barely speaks English, the breakfasts are poor, the restaurant works terribly ... He started yelling at us in front of other guests to get out of *his* hotel, did not return the money and called the police on three girls! A real man, just darkness! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! And by the way, it is in a very inconvenient place, you will have to go to the city by taxi every day, and this is 4 thousand rubles there and back, so as not to go hungry! Because you will wait for food at the hotel, we waited for the order almost 2 hours and they brought the wrong dishes... The staff is kind, except for Mr. Facade or whatever his name is, because he refused to give his name!!! And a hotel employee started flirting with us! He took my sister's number from her work phone and started texting her from her personal number!

Менеджер Фасад довел мою сестру и подругу до слез, вызвал на нас полицию, отказывался возвращать деньги за последний продленный ранее день в отеле, после этого замахнулся на мою сестру аппаратом для оплаты картой, я думала он действительно ударит ее( А все из-за того, что мы сказали что нас не устраивает сервис при других гостях на ресепшене: номер грязный, на полу таракан, волосы на постельном белье, воду не приносили в номер, средства гигиены заканчивались, за ними не следили вообще, персонал почти не говорит на английском, завтраки скудные, ресторан работают ужасно… Он стал при других гостях орать на нас чтобы мы убирались из *его* отеля, не возвращал деньги и вызвал полицию на трех девчонок! Настоящий мужчина, просто мрак! Никому не советую этот отель! И кстати находится он в очень неудобном месте, вам придется ездить в город на такси каждый день, а это 4 тысячи рублей туда обратно, чтобы не остаться голодными! Потому что отеле еду вы дождетесь, мы ждали заказ почти 2 часа и принесли вообще не те блюда… Персонал добрый, за исключением мистика Фасада или как-то так его зовут, потому что он отказался назвать свое имя!!!

Ertesi gün Otele gittik 30 dakika bekledikten sonra Ferhat Bey bizimle ilgilendi ve 2 gece için İdris Bey'in verdiği fiyatı uygulayamayacağını fiyatın 10.000TL olacağını söyledi. Otelde zaten küçücük bir Denize girme alanı var yüzme bilmeyen giremez bize verecekler odadan balkonu yoktu ve bizi boşu boşuna mağdur ettiler öğretmeni Fatma kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum işletme tutum olarak da hiç etik bir yer değil

Otelin temizliği ve manzarası güzel. Personellerin ilgisi gerçeken şahane. Acele bir şekilde aynı gün içinde oteli alıp yerleşmiştik. Comfort oda almıştık ama tek gün kalacağımız ve o gün deniz manzaralı aile süiti boş oldugu için bize o odayı verdiler. Adil bey ve ferhat beye teşekkür ederim.

Otelin manzarası öncelikle çok güzel ve personel son derece ilgili.Sakinlik vehuzur istiyorsaniz tercih edilebilir. Tesis bünyesinde a carte restaurant mevcuttur bu da otelden cikmadan yemeğe erişim kolaylığı sağlıyor ve yemekler lezzetli

İşletme, işletmeci ve personel arkadaşlar harika. Personel çok ilgili ve her ihtiyacınıza koşuyorlar. Hem denize sıfır, hem de bodrumun kalabalığından uzak harika bir işletme. Yolunuz Bodruma düşerse mutlaka kalmalısınız.
