Fatto soggiorno benessere dicoppia che prevedeva pranzo in Bistrot, degustazione vini, cena , pernottamento, colazione, spa privata e viticoltura. Piscina il giorno dopo... Tutto eccellente, la cortesia del personale, le attenzioni dedicate, la qualità di tutto ciò che abbiamo provato... vini eccellenti...assolutamente da provare

Luogo magico, dove puoi mangiare ottimo cibo, rilassarti nella spa (vi consiglio di prenotare un massaggio con Monica perchè è stata fantastica, un massaggio da 5 stelle!!!), fare una visita guidata con degustazione nella cantina (bravissima Roberta), pernottare in camere pulite, usufruire di una delle piscine all’aperto e fare un aperitivo al tramonto con una vista spettacolare sui colli. Il personale sembra non avere altro obiettivo che il tuo benessere! Ah, il tutto ad un prezzo onestissimo! È la seconda volta che veniamo qui, ma sono sicura ce ne sarà una terza!

Non abbiamo soggiornato ma siamo venuti appositamente per goderci mezza giornata di Spa. Esperienza pessima. Solo una vasca piccolina in uso con pochi getti, sporca e tenuta male (muschio nel bordo piscina, scarso ricircolo d'acqua, getti troppo blandi). Le due botti idromassaggio (postazioni blower) mal funzionanti. Dal sito si vedono varie vasche, vari ambienti che in realtà non ci sono o si pagano a parte al di fuori dal biglietto di ingresso in spa. Zona tisane senza tisane ( solo acqua con limone e acqua con sciroppo di menta). Percorso kneipp con acqua tiepida ( né abbastanza calda, né abbastanza fredda). Vasca in grotta chiusa. Siamo rimasti insoddisfatti e molto annoiati. C'è sembrato di buttar via i nostri soldi e il nostro tempo. Sicuramente c'è di meglio.

Struttura perfetta in tutto, pulizia e servizio ottimo. Pultroppo per causa nostra non abbiamo provato la colazione la cena ottima il servizio perfetto in tutto Tomas il caposala un persona educata e secondo il mio parere in tutti i ristoranti ci vorrebbe una persona di questo livello.

Parlo solo zona ristorante. Fate attenzione se volete andare solo a pranzo o cena in questa struttura, perché quando chiami per prenotare al ristorante se sono full furbescamente deviano la chiamata al bistrot per fare il pienone in entrambe le strutture!! Peccato che se uno prenota per il ristorante NON vuole andare al bistrot a cena a mangiare un tagliere di salumi e formaggi!! Personale alla reception veramente ma veramente scortese!!! Peccato veramente perché la mia esperienza al ristorante di questa struttura fatta un anno fa era veramente positiva, ora è veramente sconvolgente!!
