Bintana Sa Paraiso

Excellent service and very hospitable and nice staff. We will definitely return with my whole family for vacation and book again in Bintana sa Paraiso.

We booked 4 nights at the Bintana Sa Paraiso for our honeymoon. When we arrived at the hotel we found that the room is completely different from the pictures and the description on the website, it is very small and cramped, almost impossible to move inside, (according to the website - room size is 31 square meters) In addition, according to the website, there is free Wi-Fi in the hotel but there is no internet at all, and moreover - the hotel is in the area with No Signal, which means that no one could communicate at all. The whole room including the entrance and the balcony was dirty, full of ants, spiders and lizards. During the night we found big insects in the bath and asked the hotel's representative for insecticide spray. We sprayed the whole room and had to sleep with the terrible smell for the night (they didn't let us change room). In the middle of the night, the electricity stopped until 10 am. We had to stay in heavy heat and high humidity, without a fan and without a.c. We were constantly sweating and it was very difficult to fall asleep under such conditions. Before morning we woke up suddenly after a big spider climbed on us while we slept. We went to the reception and asked to speak with the hotel manager. The hotel staff asked us to wait. They knew we were nervous and wanted to leave, but evaded us several times, and only after repeated requests did they answer us. The hotel manager arrived only after two hours (!) And she also refused to help us and refused to refund us the payment of the remaining three nights. We left the hotel and booked another hotel for the next few days. I would highly recommend booking your stay at another hotel, do not approach this hotel.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating. The place is peaceful and calm with a sunset view. The place is clean and food is great.
