Since we have checked in at the property is hard to reaching there. Reception operated until 9.00 PM as we checked in around 8.40 PM then we went to the room was super dirty everywhere in the room, Is there no water in the room, all bedsheets so freaking dirty, on the floor fully by someone hair, In the toilet was terrible everywhere!

The worst experience I've ever had.. Can you share and look at the pictures I shared.. it's time to start taking the keys.. the receptionist told me to go back down at 6 to get a towel.. it's okay.. I can take it.. then enter the house.. I saw the house just after the flood (it's like washing the house) and it's wet again.. I didn't check in early.. I checked in around 4-5pm..
