Great hotel, but very disappointed on arrival I had booked for two adults, one child and when I arrived at the hotel reception they told me that it was only for two adults they asked me 40 € more for a child I had the sheet of my reservation with written two adults, one child, they did not want to know anything even with the proof in their hands

Es el cuarto año consecutivo q vamos a este hotel. Sin duda este año ha sido el peor. La animación brillaba por su ausencia, el mini club abría tarde y no hacien las actividades que estaban programas en el programa q tenían puesto en la puerta. Hugo mascota del hotel solo salió un día por la.noche un rato. Cuando otros años salías más veces y todas las tardes. A las 17h visitaba a los niños en la piscina , desayunos y cenas. La mini disco duraba nada y menos cuando en años anteriores cuando otros años acababa la mini disco y continuaba con el espectáculo programado que tocará, los cuales este año eran de coña.... Y no hablar del gran prix y juegos programas por los animadores.... Animación fatal, durante el día no se les veía. La comida buena variedad y rica, los camareros tanto de sala como de chiringuito super amable. Bebida buena

Nice small Hotel in a good location between Cambrills and Salou , visited with family for a few days in August and had a nice time. Stayed All inclusive and food was ok drinks were decent and a good selection available. Room basic but functional, Hotel was very busy so loungers were difficult to get after 9am, so we spent a lot of time at the fabulous beach 5 mins walk away. Rented bikes and explored the area. Would stay again but not Im summer holidays.

Arrived at the hotel, the staff at reception weren't very helpful, our hotel room, you had to enter from outside the hotel beside gift shop, I am pregnant and my mam is in her 60s the room was 2 levels up with no lift, so she had to carry the 20kg case up no help was offered. They also tended very well to Spanish holiday makers. The air conditioning was very poor in the room, and room was very warm and basic . We asked twice and eventually maintainence came up to look at air con, and said we can't drop it below 20 or it will turn off it was 37 degrees outside A kettle was an extra €25 for the week, pool towel was €10 deposit and €2 to change for clean towel. Our sheets weren't changed for the week and we had to request fresh towels for showering. Overall I was not impressed with the hotel itself, breakfast was part of our booking great selection but chaos would be a word to use to describe it. The extra charges for towels was a joke for a 4 star hotel they don't meet the standard.

Hemos estado ya tres veces en este hotel y este año a sido el peor con diferencia. Trabajadores que brillan por la ausencia de simpatia buffet bueno y lo mejor los arroces buenisimos todos los postres del monton sin mas el tema hamacas y piscina un kaos las hamacas se reservan antes de abrir la piscina por la puerta de cafeteria y ya para todo el dia aunque no estes en todo el dia. La gente bebian en el agua y limpiaban los vasos y el agua esta turbia.Se podia bañar hasta la noche tirandose y haciendo la cabra sin vigilancia.Es una pena con lo genial que estaba este hotel lo dejen estropear de esta manera.

We've been coming here the the last 7 years. Love this hotel. Bar starts excellent, friendly always there to help. Meals excellent choice. Situated right by the beach. Excellent service from very friendly sos guys Doing there job brilliantly. The only issue we had this year was from animation team, they didn't speak English so very hard to understand, also cocktail game after aqua gym was the same every day. Plus we had the same night show twice in the time we were there which hasn't happened before. ( bring back Jordi from 2023 ) Will still be booking for next year.x

Nos hemos alojado en el hotel en régimen de todo incluido y ha sido una experiencia muy agradable el personal las habitaciones el bufet todo perfecto muy amables en especial el equipo de animación Alex ,Noa ,Marta y Alba nos han hecho disfrutar a los adultos y a nuestro niño muchísimo, por supuesto volveremos a repetir el próximo año

Nuestra estancia en el hotel ha sido muy insatisfactoria. Cada 4 días cambian las sábanas (que no se te manchen antes porque te quedas con ellas hasta que las cambian) y el cuarto de baño no lo limpian. Si vas con el todo incluido, decir que por una botella de agua te cobran un suplemento y los cocktails son de máquina en vez de ser preparados... La amabilidad no abunda por parte de ningún trabajador del bar de la piscina y los del comedor podrían ser más amables, y bueno, qué decir del encargado del comedor ... La comida pasable pero muy repetitiva y no llegues 15 minutos antes de cerrar el comedor porque 10/15 minutos antes, empiezan a recoger las bandejas de la comida con lo cuál tienes que correr y llenar el plato hasta con el postre.... El parking, 20 euros el día y encima al sol. Además el primer día tienes que pagar toda la estancia. Los espectáculos sin más. Podrían ser mejores. Los monitores hacen todo lo posible por animar, le ponen ganas. Lo mejor del hotel, Mauricio, el del bar del salón. En definitiva, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, pero lo de este año, ha sido penoso. Preferimos pagar un poco más e ir a otras cadenas de otros hoteles en los que sí miran por el cliente. A esta cadena no volvemos.
