This hotel was a terrible experience. My reservation said I could check in until midnight, we arrived at 9 pm and there was no one, no phone to call. I called ******* and they couldn’t reach out to the hotel either.
We were tired with a small kid and it was such a bad experience feeling like we were without a place to sleep, even though we payed beforehand.
******* helped us, and got us a new reservation in a different hotel, so I am grateful I booked through them and despite everything that happened with pins platja apartment, we were able to sleep safely and comfy thanks to *******.

Une belle arnaque!
Hôtel miteux, les travaux auraient dû être fait il y’a dix ans déjà! Nous étions logés au dessus d’un Pub irlandais. Bruits, odeur de friture jusque dans la chambre située au 3 eme étages quand même! Nous avions payé pour 14 nuits, et sommes parties au bout de 2 nuits! Sans aucun remboursement évidemment! Il s’agit d’une sacrée arnaque! Ne vous laissez pas avoir par les commentaires douteux et les photos trompeuses! Fuyez!

Nice stay in relaxed surroundings
The hotel has a nice location and a really nice pool area. The apartments have everything you need without any luxury, and the only thing one might experience is that the AC seems a little underdimensioned making the indoor climate cool but a bit damp at times. House keeping comes to change towels and sheets which is nice when you stay over longer periods.
At the pool you have a huge amount of selfishness among the guests, taking sun beds in the morning and at times not using them at all during the day. This means that you have to be at the pool when it opens to be able to get a sunbed most of the time. The sunbeds require an update but as stated before the pool area is really nice.
A huge plus is the supermarket very close to the hotel where you basically can find everything you need at almost any hour.
One more thing: the hotel doesn’t have a gym although it says so. The small cardio machines are quite useless so if you want to keep up your workout routine during your vacation find other means.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and found ourselves relaxed and happy leaving for home.

Apartamiento muy viejos necesitan renovación. Acensor no iba. Pedimos cuna y no la teniamos en el apartamento, tuvimos de cargarla noaotros des de recepcion. Servicio restaurante pesimo.
