The Charles Hotel Harvard Square

酒店位於哈佛廣場 出入有地下鐵路 附近有很多餐廳 尤其是Le’s 越南美食很正 行走去Harvard Yard亦很方便 酒店員工友善 執拾亦算乾淨 唯一不足之處 是房內小雪櫃不准使用 只用來放酒吧飲品

位置非常方便，去哈佛步行可到，附近餐廳選擇也很多。酒店房間對於帶孩子的家庭稍微有點擁擠，面積有點小

This is the first time I've encountered a hotel booking through Ctrip that I couldn't check in. The hotel refused to check me in because they couldn't settle the charges with Ctrip. I waited for over an hour with my child and missed dinner, with no compensation. Ctrip paid the entire bill, but the hotel also charged me the same amount as the room rate as a deposit, plus an additional $50 for incidentals. The next day, they inexplicably charged me another $250. After check-out, none of the charges were promptly refunded or held. I asked the front desk for a receipt, which they promised, but ultimately couldn't provide, so I had to contact Ctrip. While the hotel was well-maintained, the lack of a washing machine, dryer, kettle, microwave, or vending machine was extremely inconvenient. I couldn't find a place to buy water, and the water heater downstairs wasn't hot enough to even make instant noodles. The refrigerator was incredibly small and locked, requiring a key to open the door. Parking was $50 a night, and the garage attendant lied about a discount when I parked for a long time, but he couldn't find me. The hotel is no longer the warm place I remembered. The staff are completely indifferent and snobbish.

酒店離哈佛大學非常近，特別方便，周邊也有很多吃飯的地方，買東西也很方便。唯一影響觀瞻的是就是哈佛廣場附近有幾個流浪漢。房間面積還是非常夠用，chenk in的時候服務不錯，打掃衞生也過得去，衹是退房的時候有個白人小姐姐很人機，態度很差，影響力印象分。

這家酒店位置真的無敵！就在哈佛廣場中心，出門就是各種咖啡館、書店，還有哈佛校園，散步超方便。房間挺舒服的，床睡得特別好，我那個房間還能看到一點查爾斯河，view不錯。前台小哥人很nice，推薦了幾家附近好吃的餐廳，果然沒踩雷。 早餐在他們家Henrietta's Table吃的，藍莓 pancakes 絕了！ 總的來説，很適合來哈佛附近玩或者出差住，氛圍超棒，下次來波士頓可能還會選這兒。

酒店位置很好，在哈佛大學城裡。很多當地人在此活動，酒店餐廳裏遇到慶祝生日的小聚會。房間裝飾復古學院風，乾淨整潔。
