Very disappointed with accommodation room lighting not well thought out. Stage spot was broken so swung back when directed to work surface. Oversized bulbs in fittings gave extra light but not enough to read. No curtains above door allowed light to pour in when not required in early morning. On the positive room was comfortable and spacious. Great Staff very welcoming and attentive in pub. Good food in pub. Breakfast really good but 9am take it or leave it is unnecessarily restrictive.

Brilliant hotel ,lovely staff who can't do enough for you ,nice quiet retreat ,rooms nice and would stop there again 100 per cent went to newmarket races and was lovely stay for two days rooms and pub are lovely, breakfast was nice continental and full English extra but well worth it

Nice stay great location
Great location and comfortable room, but our room was a bit tired.
Didn't appreciate being woken up around 6am with the bins being emptied outside below our window.
We would definitely stay again but ask for a different room.
