This one hotel really needs a facelift. Water pressure is awful. Kettles need descaling way more often. Soap dispenser in the bath is coming off the wall. Cleaning/hygiene standards are low all around. Bed frames are full of clutter/dusty.

Good Hotel. Clean and comfy hotel looks a bit old outside but inside is nicely clean and maintained, rooms are a lovely colour and very clean. Staff are friendly. Was here to visit family close by so good location to stay. We will be back for sure.

On arrival at the hotel at 7:30pm after a long drive, I found that the towels in the room were damp. After I had got clean towels I realised that the room had not been serviced, there was rubbish in the bins, the cups were dirty and the bed was unmade. As a neurodivergent man I do not like confrontation especially when I am tired, so I had to sleep on top on the bedding. Luckily there was a spare pillow I could use.

Avoid this hotel at all costs!!! Was threatened and verbally abused by the receptionist of the hotel all because I had tried to rebook the room I was staying in, in which was still available to book. I have never been spoken to in such a way and disrespected by a hotel receptionist. When I told her I was going to report her to customer services I was told by her to “get the f**k out of my hotel” and “do you think I’m scared of you reporting me you silly f**king b***h”. Also when I asked for her name she laughed in my face and told me I was permanently banned from the hotel. The poor young girl behind her on reception looked absolutely shocked and embarrassed by her behaviour.

This hotel has terrible customer service. I booked a family room for me and my friend and they gave us a double room and were unable to rectify this. When I asked to speak to a manager she would not speak to me. I have stayed at this hotel many times before and they never get it right. Absolutely disgusted with their terrible management of this hotel!!!!

Stayed here due to close to family. Nice hotel clean tidy and staff nice, hotel has a wonderful view on the back of the hotel overlooking the field, no where to eat but services around. Room was fresh smelling and clean just what we needed. Thanks we will be back

Both washbasin and shower dispensers were empty. Got the washbasin one topped up on request but didn't realise that the other one was empty until in the shower. Woken early in the morning by loud bump upstairs and then continued squeaky floorboards for the next few hours.

stayed here for a couples weekend away as a stopover hotel,nice and clean staff nice and friendly, rooms really spacious and bathrooms nicely spacious also, not much on site but there is a diner across, vending machine in reception stocked full. all in all a great stay here. we will definitely be back
