前台業務不熟練疑似歧視人，之前很久下的訂單居然說沒有收到付款，在沒有提示的情況下要求二次付款，一直冷處理了一個小時之後告訴我們確實收到了付款可以入住了，房間是最裡面的，最差的房間，也沒有客房打掃，除了有兩位員工比較熱心和市中心以外真的很差勁。

Great location in the centre of Cambridge. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The room could be made up only by request the day before or same day by visiting the front desk. The only odd thing we found was there was no window, only a fake one with a changeable light.

Right in the centre of Canbridge. As in all Prermier Inns, the beds are great and comfortable. Breakfast is ( as in all premier inns) really good.

The hotel was the cheapest on this trip, and the location was good. It takes nearly half an hour to walk from the train station, but it is very convenient to go to various colleges. There are many supermarkets nearby. The hotel gave me a room at the end of the corridor. The room was very large, but the window was a decorative painting. It was not a big problem to stay there for one night, after all, most hotels in the UK cannot open windows. Cambridge is crowded with tourists, and everywhere is closed to tourists. A large group of people are selling boat tickets. The boat ticket for two people is priced at 68, and it is said that you can bargain. It's outrageous! If you want to see the Bridge of Sighs, you have to take a boat. Only King's College has open grounds, and the ticket is 8 pounds. I saw the Xu Zhimo Monument.

Excellent location, immaculately clean, very comfy bed. So much better than the budget hotel I was expecting. The hotel felt very safe and the staff were welcoming and polite. I wasn’t keen on the idea of self-check-in machines but these were quick and easy enough to use.

New hotel in the best location in Cambridge. Simple and easy with great beds and lovely breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful as we arrived very early (and tired). The booking process in the website was a hassle, but think its up and running now.
