Off the foyer is the stylish but cozy Main Living Room, through which you'll find the Dining Room that comfortably seats 10. A set of French doors separates you from the spacious kitchen with custom island to seat 4, double-sliding doors to the backyard, coffee and tea station, and all the amenities you need for cooking on the gas range. Also spy a hidden stair up to the Secondary Living Room. Other main floor amenities include laundry room, walk-in pantry, and powder room under the stairs.Outside, say hello to neighbors from the friendly front porch, get out of the sun in the screened wrap-around, or play games and barbecue in the private backyard with dining to seat 10. We invite you to bring your well-behaved dogs to enjoy the fully fenced backyard (bowls and bags provided). Take a walk around town and explore the quaint town of Cambridge.Flexibility and Tranquility are the name of the game for the upper floors. We know every family and group is unique, so want to provide the space for everyone to feel at home. Up the main stairs is the Primary Bedroom Suite with walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and desk if you feel the need to check emails. Accessed off this room is the Secondary Living Room for you to use as necessary - sitting room, office, TV Room, Playroom, or extra sleeping space with pullout couches (queen and twin). A balcony overlooks your private backyard.The Second Bedroom with queen bed also has an attached room with daybed and trundle, along with kids games, books, and a collapsible crib - leave the pack-n-play at home! This bedroom has access to the hall bath with original clawfoot tub and handheld spray for that long luxurious soak that you deserve!Last but certainly not least is the light and airy Loft Suite with queen bed.
