Minor concerns with the place. There were no bottled waters in the room and i could perceive cigarettes smoke coming from the vent in the bathroom. Otherwise was a decent place to stay

We picked the place based on the location. It was very convenient for where we needed to be. There is lots of parking and the place is easy to find. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant when we got there. We were staying in a group of three rooms. The morning breakfast station was average, so better than expected. The price seemed fair (not suspiciously cheap though), but in the end wasn't worth it. We checked in and then had to leave almost immediately for some events, so didn't look closely at the room until we got back and by then the front desk stay were gone. We were only there for one night thankfully. In two of the three rooms, at least the air conditioning worked, but in the third it did not. Our room was disgusting - it had left over dirty towels from the previous guest, mysterious stains and piles of dust throughout, hairs throughout and dirty carpets that just made you want to not think about it throughout (so other than the bathroom, carpet everywhere). I'm not sure what else was going on that weekend, but all night there were loud groups partying in the hallways. As there were no staff there, there was no one to complain to.

Change carpets in the corridor. Two seating chairs in the room other than single sofas. There should be at the reception to answer queries or address any concerns

I am a Wyndham Hotel member. This is my first time writing a review, let alone a bad review. I should have toured my room before paying. The room was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was never cleaned, the bathroom floor needed mopping, the sheets were never changed as there were stains on the sheets. House keeping probably thought because the beds were made that I wouldn't notice. The carpet was full of stains and the television would intermittently go out. I went downstairs and reported the issues to the front desk. Low and behold there were other people at the front desk also complaining about how unclean their rooms were. One customer had an ant infestation. I asked for a different room. I was denied. I attempted to make a reservation at a different hotel, however, the local hotels were booked solid. If you value your health, I wouldn't stay at this hotel. Absolutely disgusting.

Don't waste your money
Had to have a hotel room on the main floor as there are no elevators and I'm just recovering from a back surgery. The room had dirty blankets. I asked for them to change them they said they couldn't, I asked to move rooms they couldn't, I asked for clean blankets and they brought me a sheet and a fire prevention blanket I think. It was like a sponge 100% nylon. Scratchy and uncomfortable. I ended up leaving at 2AM. Was not given a refund or partial refund nothing at all. Super disappointing.
