Clean, affordable, and smooth service. After being on the road for a long drive, i was able to conveniently book here on the same day and get some much needed rest.

Reception from Kayla for our 5 night stay was really good and friendly as we asked for a quiet room on the top floor. The whole facilty was very clean and well maintained, as was the room and bathroom. Being a Titanium member and having stayed for near 80 nights already ( plus Diamond with Hilton and Ambassador with IGH) most stays nearer the smaller towns we visit, we found the food choices at breakfast was very limited, even compared to other Fairfields. Robust coffee was watery on a couple of mornings. We walked past several reception staff over the five days only Shawna and Kayla actually acknowledges our presence. It was also tricky to turn out of Dozer Road onto 209 on sunny mornings, sun in your eye, so watch out.

Newer hotel just off the highway (we did not hear it). Nice little pool that was clean. Back patio had a view of the hill side. Close to Seneca Lake and the new splash pad/water park (20min).

Property was clean - way over-priced! Free breakfast was so so and very cheap bendable plastic-ware. I couldn't even spread cream cheese on a bagel. Vinyl seats in the booths was all worn off so bare fabric showed through. We also stayed at a Drury Plaza inn that was $50-$75 cheaper and much, much better.

Had a great experience I did not have headphones and Shawna Neff located headphones for me and found an adapter for my iPhone so that I can have a great workout at the gym. Great Staff rooms are a little small though.

Trucker here and titanium elite member. The parking lot is a little tight and cannot accommodate tractor trailer. The staff are absolutely great. When i arrived, there was a housekeeper manning the front desk bc they were short staffed. When the manager got here, she was literally jogging between front desk and rooms verifying they were clean and checking guests in-myself + 3 other reservations. 2hrs after checking in, i went down to get food and it took the manager a bit to get to the desk bc she was down the hall cleaning rooms. These ppl work hard to get it done. The shower is spotless, the room smelled good (?!) and i didn’t get my food til about 30min after delivery but it was still warm. Top tier. Been to a lot of marriot locations. I would drive an extra hr to sleep here vs some other place.
