The room was very clean and the staff was polite and welcoming! Although not in the city center, it was very close to the bus station, a 2-3 minute walk away. The front desk provided discount codes for bus day tickets. An iron was provided in the room.

The hotel facilities are great, the lobby manager has a good service attitude, but in the morning, a staff member opened our door for no reason, which is outrageous! And there was no explanation or apology! ! ! Also, the location is far from downtown Cambridge, which is a bit difficult for travelers without a car
